La parte del jardín y la alberca está excelente, faltaría invertir en las habitaciones

en general muy bien las habitaciones, muy limpias y el servicio al cliente muy bien. Solo considerar un estacionamiento cerrado y las escaleras de acceso al hotel que no estén resbalosas.

Todo bien de las habitaciones con el aire pero el detalle fue la licuadora que no hay suficientes pero la señorita de recepción resolvió muy bien Gracias la comida de la alberca muy bien la torre de aguachile y la comida en general muy bien

Habitación y estancia limpia, muy amable, todo un departamento equipado!!!

El personal muy amables, el recámara que no tocó había una sofá manchada de algo raro, y los baños solo había agua caliente. La alberca estaba excelente igual con el estacionamiento.

Rooms where clean and hotel staff where really nice the only complaint was that it does has a kitchen, plates but no way to clean them they don’t have any dish soap or napkins to clean them if you use them you have to wash them mind you they don’t provide you a way to wash them they will charge you per note on wall.

Nice clean spacious and modern. Could be better with a few small things. Towel bars ( nowhere to hang them), a few more dishes, some regular sized glasses, fitted mattress sheet.

Great service from the front desk staff and anything that you needed help with the maintenance guy Mario was extremely helpful.

I had a booking through Expedia and was not able to cancel it through their website. An error message appeared. I was told by Expedia that the hotel charged me directly and they tried on my behalf to reach them with no success. I then went to the hotel in person and was told that expedia would refund me when in fact, the hotel is the one that charged me and not Expedia. Now i will have to file a complaint with my credit card company.

60 years in this hotel, there is no locks for the windows or the doors super dirty smelly air conditioner was not working or the refrigerator zero rate terrible horrible experience

Clean room, pool was great! The only thing is that it's on a busy road.

Está agradable y tranquila la estancia

Departamentos muy limpios y bien ubicado para salir a la playa de Guayabitos, en el exterior falta pintura para que pueda obtener una calificación de 10. Las chicas de recepción muy atentas y cordiales.

Las suites estan del otro lado de la carretera, pero valen totalmente la pena. Bonitas instalaciones, frio, alberca y restaurante
