Room didn’t have a blow dryer (but I asked for one and one was provided). Room also didn’t have an ice bucket. Room itself was clean. The rug by the bed had a rip that we kept tripping on, and the room itself was teeny tiny so no room for our large suitcase. It had to stay on the floor. Cleaning staff was polite and cleaned every day. Pool area was spotless. Restaurant was good food and friendly service. The best part was how close it was to Old Montreal and Downtown. We walked everywhere. Would recommend for those who want to walk or catch the subway.

Our stay was generally good, hotel is in a good location and clean overall, but for us there were a few issues: The rooms are very dark and the lighting wasn't adequate for us. I know they're trying to be stylish, but something to consider if you need brighter rooms. We had requested room cleaning on Day 3 of our 5-night stay, but housekeeping never came. If you need more towels or pillows, front desk tells you to go to the "supply room" on each floor. I didn't mind this, except that these items were never stocked. So, we then had to call and ask someone to bring us these items.

The staff were very accommodating.

Room and premises are clean and the building is brand new (May 2026). Staff was helpful and courteus. Bed was very comfortable. Good location between downtown and old port. To improve: ligth switch in washroom is difficult to find. Also, toilet didn't flush well. Temporary inconvenient: city works on street makes difficult to locate the hotel.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. All areas of the hotel that I used were clean and well maintained. My biggest criticism was around the intense smell of bleach on our sheets. I understand the need for cleanliness and safety, but there must be some kind of rinse that can be done post-bleaching to get rid of that strong odor. My nose, eyes, and throat were all irritated from the vapors. Also, if there was supposed to be a fan in our bathroom, it didn’t work.

I didn't know I would need a credit card to do the check-in, but the staff were very helpful. They refunded me 100%, no fee, and recommended me a hotel that could help. Even though they couldn't open an exception for me, they were very helpful.

Everything was wonderful, above and beyond. Very pleased.

I really loved my stay at the Moxy. The room was small but super clean and well designed. The view was excellent and the room super quiet. The bathroom was well equipped and the hot water was plentiful. The 12th floor had a spectacular swimming pool, hot tub and sauna. Worth every penny.

Bel hôtel urbain, propre et moderne, avec accès facile au métro et au centre-ville, mais le quartier immédiat est un peu triste, actuellement, avec les travaux.
