Me encantó! Sin duda me volveré a hospedar!

Fue el mejor hotel en el que me he quedado, todo está increíble tiene cerca estaciones de metro, tiendas y una torre increíble de Osaka que de noche se ve increíble! Me volveré a quedar sin duda nos vemos el año que viene

객실 구석구석 먼지 하나 없이 아주 깨끗하게 관리되어 있었습니다. 침구류도 눅눅함 없이 뽀송뽀송했고 욕실에 물때나 곰팡이도 전혀 없어서 머무는 내내 쾌적했습니다.

The best apartment I have ever stayed in in Osaka — and I have stayed in many places in Japan before. The apartment is very spacious for Japanese standards, extremely comfortable, modern, and very clean. It has a small but very practical kitchen, a fully equipped and highly automated bathroom, and even a washing machine with a drying function in the bathroom, which was incredibly convenient during the trip. The air conditioning works perfectly, and there is also a small balcony. The location is excellent as well: right next to the tower and close to the station. We were even able to walk to Namba in about 20 minutes. One of the best accommodations of our trip, excellent in every aspect.

Staff are great

Honestly was not expecting the room to be so big and comfortable. It really provided for everything needed as if you were at your own place. Dishes, cleaning supplies, self service pick up station for towels and other items you may need. It was extremely easy to get in and located in an amazing area in Osaka where there was plenty to do and access to the stations. HIGHLY recommend staying here and will be recommending it to anyone considering staying at this hotel. Truly amazing stay, 0 complaints 10/10 would stay here again 100%. Was too involved to take pictures but I promise the room is perfect.

Room was mostly clean. Towels, slippers and other amenities in lobby were great. Washer/dryer combo was a little tricky to figure out. Took a long time to dry and ended up hang drying clothes.

昨年大阪万博の際にも宿泊させて頂き、とても快適だったので、GWにUSJに遊びに行くために再度利用させて頂きました。 立地も良く、通天閣、新世界へのアクセスもとても良いです。 大阪を旅行する際には、ぜひまた宿泊したいです。

Loved it. Very specious, great location and service excellent! The office desk stuff was very attentive and accommodating. The only small thing is street noise of sirens time to time, but it never bothered us as we were tired and fell asleep easily.

テレビあるとよい

立地も良く広さもあったので、快適した。 冷蔵庫、洗濯機、電子レンジがあるのが嬉しかった。たたテレビがないのがマイナスポイント。

TV 없어 황당했슴.

Location was brilliant, you had a mixture of local and touristy restaurants and walking distance to different train lines which made it easy to travel around. Highly recommend booking the deluxe room with the in built dryer in the bathroom (room with the bath tub)

這次為自助入住，入住過程非常順暢，且房間設備(微波爐、冰箱(有冷凍)、洗衣機)，還有可以自行下廚的所有工具跟設備，有點後悔沒有多住幾天，下次到大阪旅遊的首選!!超讚的!!而且這次有事先寄包裹跟行李，皆協助送到房內，太感謝了~~非常推薦給自助的旅客喔~~~超棒!!!

This place was amazing. Luggage can be stored at sister property 600m away. We dropped our bags off early and they relocated them to our room. Great location, short walk to Subway, lots of food choices. The drying room in the shower was a nice added touch to the room and very convenient. Thoroughly enjoyed and would recommend. 2 adults 2 children (11& 8) and it was spacious enough for us. Elevator was useful and the service of fresh towels in the foyer each day was pleasant.

Super fint og kundecenteret sted. Virkelig god value for money. Super søde og hjælpsomme folk. Lidt larm fra gaden, men der er gratis ørepropper 😄

房間上網速度可以接受。 有露台係一個唔錯既選擇。 前後都有地鐵（動物園前或惠美須）看去什麼地方再乘坐那條線。 附近有Lawson ,Donki,及近通天閣。 如果搭凌晨機要放行理就要等到9點，同埋要去另一間分店，都係係酒店附近。
