Excellent value for the price! We loved our stay here and would return any time we’re in CDMX. Room was spotless and really about the most perfect place I’ve stayed in CDMX (really!!!). Kitchen is fully equipped, with combo washer-dryer in side room. Water is hot with rainfall shower head and consistent pressure. Large TV with all the streaming services. My only small suggestion might be to provide a dustpan with the broom that’s available. Security is always present on ground and furthermore, there is a gate on which you place your key card to gain access to the elevators. This didn’t always work but that turned out to be a “me thing” and not the fault of the building, lol. 14th floor rooftop had a large gorgeous botanical garden (yes, botanical) with jaw dropping 360° views. Lap pool was clean, heated and very comfortable. My friend said gym was nicely equipped. A special shout out to Bernard for his excellent customer service skills, his wonderful sense of humor, and the most efficient check-in process I’ve had in awhile. Keep him around, Kukun!

Notre appartement était très bien, il faut savoir que Kukun exploite quelques chambres dans l’immeuble, le reste étant un appart hôtel avec généralement des expats qui sont à Mexico pour bosser, on est loin du modele hôtel. La plupart des chambres de kukun sont au 1er étage donc ça peut être assez bruyant surtout si vous êtes côté rue. Concernant les extra de l’immeuble, la salle de sport est superbe, le rooftop avec la piscine bien cool (attention fermé le lundi). Le seul point négatif c’est la réception, ils ne parlent qu’espagnol, et sont clairement pas ici pour vous aider. Si vous avez un problème, vous avez une messagerie sur whatsapp, mais bon courage pour croiser le manager dans l’immeuble (on a mis 36heures pour avoir une seconde carte d’accès à notre appartement). Après pour le reste c’est un bon compromis si vous séjour sur Mexico est assez long et que vous avez besoin d’une cuisine. Concernant le placement rien à dire, parfait si vous cherchez quelque chose de central entre Refoma, le Centro historico et les quartiers branchés de Roma et Condesa.

Great space and laundry was convenient!

The apartment was comfortable, stylish, and very clean. However, the street noise made it almost impossible to sleep, even with ear plugs and a sound machine. I had also requested a baby crib months before our stay, and when we arrived, there was no crib on the premises. The staff were able to get one for our second night, but I had to request several times before anyone got the crib. The gym and pool area are well maintained and great amenities to enjoy.

La ubicación está muy bien, pero lamentablemente el espacio no estaba limpio (pelos en las almohadas, microondas con comida, cobertor extra olía mal). Las cortinas black out tienen un espacio grande entre ellas por lo que entra mucha luz, hay muchísimo ruido de bares, música, coches, etc.
