Stayed in the Junior suite, 28th floor, loved the building, clean and modern facilities, walking distance from coffee shops. Area was very safe for walking at nights alone, beautiful terrace area, pool. Check in was the only glitch; host did not provide check in instructions on time so caused a delay at my check in . Overall definitely a great experience and I would recommend and return.

The building is very modern and attractive. They require a biometric fingerprint scan to access the amenities such as the fitness center, swimming pool, etc. The system did not work properly. It would not recognize my print. The unit door entry locks are unique to say the least. The locking mechanism is a black metal barrel protruding out 4 to 5 inches from the door. You must press 8 different buttons on the barrel (asterisk, 6 digit pass code, hash tag #) in the proper order and then fully rotate (360 degrees) the barrel three (3) times to unlock the door. You must repeat the same process to lock the door when leaving the room. I had to assist one guest by getting help from the lobby desk to free the guest who's door/lock jammed leaving them unable to exit their room. It's not a hotel so no phone number was provided at check in to call the front desk. I had to go down and alert them to the problem. A repairman was sent to unjam the door lock so the guest could leave his room. WiFi passcodes for multiple building areas were provided but most did not work. Several codes had typos. The view was spectacular and the room was comfortable. AC was more than adequate with 3 different units in the room. You'll need to bring your own starter items such as single load pack of laundry detergent, water, coffee filter, etc. as none was provided.

The place is just as advertised. I love how spacious and clean it was. Staff was excellent. One problem was I wasn’t able to make coffee because the coffee maker was not clean and had mold building up but other than that, I was very comfortable ❤️

Absolutely wonderful

During my recent stay, I encountered a very challenging situation with a staff member named Jose from Corporate Stays. Upon arrival, I was informed that my reservation could not be located and that I would need to resubmit payment. I provided my receipt as proof of payment, but I was told the transaction had not processed. To resolve the issue, I immediately contacted Expedia, who confirmed my reservation, resent the confirmation, and spoke directly with the staff on my behalf. Despite this, Jose continued to dispute the validity of my booking and was uncooperative throughout the process. As a result, I had to reach out to Corporate Stays directly to get the matter resolved. This was particularly stressful, as I had just traveled internationally to Panama and was at risk of not having accommodations, despite having a confirmed reservation. Throughout the interaction, Jose’s demeanor was unprofessional and dismissive. He appeared unwilling to consider the documentation and third-party confirmation provided, and the situation was further complicated by inconsistent communication with his team. While Arcadia is a beautiful property and a place I have enjoyed staying at in the past, this experience with the check-in process and staff was disappointing and significantly impacted my arrival. It took several hours to reach a resolution. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration to improve the guest experience moving forward.It feels like they were taking advantage

I recently stayed at Arcadia Condo Suites in Panama and overall had a solid experience, especially for travelers looking for a balance between comfort, independence, and value. The property is well-located in El Cangrejo, a vibrant and walkable area in Panama City. You’re close to restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and nightlife, which makes it ideal if you want to explore without relying heavily on taxis. The building itself is modern, and check-in was straightforward. The suites are spacious and feel more like apartments than hotel rooms. Having a full kitchen, living area, and in-unit laundry is a big plus, especially for longer stays. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. Very beautiful property in a very safe and upscale area. I love how it’s close to a supermarket and a mall. The view from the roof top and even your room is breathtaking. The room itself was cozy and felt very secure. I would stay again!

Excellent! Fully stocked kitchen with all the utensils you need. The rooftop pool and outdoor area are well maintained. My only problem was that I couldn't contact the team through the agreed-upon channels. But apart from that, this place is absolutely fantastic. It has a Rey supermarket within walking distance as well as a mall.

The property was luxurious, very clean and the front desk staff was a pleasure to deal with. The apartment was worth the price, everything excellent. The only thing I’d suggest is a step by step direction on how to open and close the lock on the door.

I had a great stay at Arcadia Condo Suites, specifically in apartment 1705. The highlight was definitely the beautiful high-floor view—waking up and winding down with that scenery never got old. The apartment itself was modern, clean, and well-equipped, with everything needed for a comfortable extended stay. The kitchen, washer/dryer, and overall layout made it feel more like a home than a hotel. The building amenities, including the pool and common areas, added to the experience. The location in Costa del Este is a big plus—quiet, safe, and close to restaurants, shopping, and walking areas. It’s ideal if you want a more upscale, relaxed environment away from the busy tourist zones. Staff and building access were smooth, and the property overall felt secure and well-managed. Arcadia offers strong amenities like WiFi, pool, and full apartment features, which makes it great for both short and longer stays . Only minor note: depending on the unit, small details like lighting or extra supplies could be improved, but nothing that took away from the overall experience. Bottom line: If you want a clean, modern apartment with a great view in a safe, upscale area, Arcadia is a solid choice. I would definitely stay here again.
