Great location, a well-stocked kitchen, and plenty of towels. The biggest drawback was the check-in process, which was confusing. The instructions could be much clearer, especially regarding picking up the key before parking, opening the lockbox, and finding the correct parking level. The unit was quite compact, with limited space for luggage or moving around comfortably. There was also quite a bit of street noise from Yonge Street at night. Blackout curtains would be a welcome addition, as the room was quite bright overnight. Overall, a good stay, but a few improvements would make the experience much smoother.

They accidentally sent me check-in instructions for an apartment in Dubai. They fixed it, but the check-in process can be a challenge.

we called the customer service multiple times before the check in to find out how the process works. None of the calls got answered at different times of the 2-3 days before the check in. The only time that the call got picked up is when I followed the automated voice system to make deposits after receiving an email notification. The listing advertised with on-site parking for a fee of 25CAD but they told me on the phone parking is not available so I have to find other street parking. The building security told us that they don't offer parking to short term airbnb customers. The nearest garage is about 10 minutes walk. We arrived at 4:30pm, went up stairs and still cannot find the keys. turned out the cleaning personnel was not done yet and we waited another 20 minutes till they finished. The listings include 1 king bed, one sofa and a double bed in the living room. Turned out that the double bed is very small and only about the size of a twin sized bed. We are 2 families, and it is too small for two adults. The rooms look nice on photos with french windows but in reality the shades are so bad that they barely block natural lights early morning. Overall, the experience is bad - we didn't get good rest because of so many issues with this place. I would not recommend it.

Very poor communication. All the links they sent looked like a scam. The phone number available does not work. The room was okay but the bed was so big that the door couldn’t close. Spend you money elsewhere. Chelsea hotel is up the street and I had a much better stay there 1 month ago

The space itself was very very nice and tidy, the check-in process, however, was horrible. Communication efforts were very poor- we ended up having to wait in the rain for 2+ hours after the check in time (which was supposed to be 4 pm), due to no answers to both their office phone and cell that was listed+ email communication replies took HOURS in between each email.

Convenient location

The condo is tiny but has all you need. The view from the 51st floor is amazing! Location is close to streetcar stops and subways. Only negative is a very difficult check in process with poor response to our questions. If you are looking for an escape room like experience for check in and check out - you will love it! I hope Global starts having a host or hire building managers to make process more smooth. Their current system is broken.

Clean

Great location, close to U of T (walking distance), transportation, restaurants and shopping. Apartment had all needed amenities, was micro-apartment but perfect space for two adults who spent most of the day enjoying sightseeing Toronto. Would definitely stay again!!

Very convenient

Worst thing was, days after departure I was sent a 'notice of damages' that included an accusation that I had left late past checkout time hence threatened $85 charges. Accuser not only had no proof (false regardless) but after I protested, stated they will THEN investigate. 3 days later and no reply. In other words, their business office accused me arbitrarily, in an apparent attempt to wrongfully 'cash grab'. Also, I cleaned up and damaged nothing hence no "damages" & again no 'proof' produced. The space is very basic but adequate for right in good location downtown. However, the weather-sealing is quite poor as cold winter wind blew through the place via large patiodoor and various ducts &vents. Elevator is poorly marked re parking garage access. I became stuck in the basement and the only elevator there was for subground levels, none to garage. Lugged heavy bags up various locked staircases.Called the elevator "Help" line and they tried to reach security for assistance but advised me that security was "not willing to help" and they could do nothing about it. 45mins later found my way out by climbing further. Urban minor nightmare. Initial communication about needed details was awkward as they don't provide enough clearly at outset, resulting in much annoying back& forth & long waits. Wrongly told me parking access fob was in a lockbox but after futile trying turned out it was in the room, while car was parked precariously at night in wait. Won't be using this org again.
