Poor cleanliness of the rooms. The faucets are dirty and stained, the shower drains are clogged and flood when showering, you end up standing in 3 inches of soapy water. Barebones amenities, two coffee pods for a 5 day stay, with no sugar/milk/water. Two towels and no laundry detergent to wash them (had to buy our own), no hook for a hand towel. Not enough toilet paper. Dinky light switches and awfully long code for room entry (8 digit code everytime with slow touch keypad that takes effort to wake) We saw cockroaches in the elevators but none on our floor/room. Price was fair, location is good (albeit loud), bed is comfortable, hence the three stars and not zero.

The safe is not working,no shampoo,there is an iron but no ironing board,no extra rubbish bags ,no towel hanger
