Helpful, kind staff, a great breakfast, and clean, comfortable rooms!

All of your staff is amazing - to the point that on Tuesday morning your staff let us follow him to the bus station when are transportation was cancelled. Everyone was so helpful! Thank you for a wonderful stay

Beautiful stay, we loved it!

We enjoyed our stay at Casa W. We loved the location and design of the rooms. Breakfast was great with amazing cappuccinos in the morning. We were able to open our windows and enjoy the sights, smells and sounds of Venice. The property was in a good location with only a 15minute walk to most everything. The staff was very helpful.

Loved CasaW!! Would highly, highly recommend. It was our favorite hotel stay during our honeymoon through London, Venice, and Rome. The front desk gentleman who worked evenings the night we checked in was very helpful and friendly, helping us locate a nearby pizza shop that was still open by the time we got in. Plus the pizza was delicious (Trattoria San Toma). Our room was very spacious and clean with a nice bathroom. The shampoo and conditioner were lovely and smelled amazing (green tea leaves for the shampoo!). My hair felt super shiny and clean. The air conditioning worked brilliantly. We even had little hotel slippers which were unexpected but a nice touch!! The location was also very nice; with the closest water bus stop being San Toma. The breakfast buffet was a delicious spread -- pork sausage with rosemary, scrambled eggs, bacon, fresh bread, croissants, assorted pastries with nutella and jams, fresh fruit, orange juice, variety of yogurts. They also will even make you a cappuccino.

This stay was extremely comfortable and the hotel staff were wonderful! Would definitley recommend staying here if you are in Venice. It was situated in a quiet area but all the main sites and attractions were easily accessible.

Great location in a quieter area but still very handy for the ferry. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Everyone had a smile. Would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Casa W. After a long walk through Venice with our luggage, the cool, fresh-smelling hotel and warm welcome from the staff were exactly what we needed. The room was spacious and comfortable for our family of four, with great air conditioning and a beautiful canal view. The hotel was spotless, well-maintained, and in a fantastic location. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

This is lovely out of the way hotel that's a wonderfully tucked away from the crowds. It's modern and elegant with nice, efficient design details throughout the room. The staff are wonderful and extremely responsive. Will definitely book again!

Das Hotel ist perfekt gelegen und mit dem Wassertaxi über die Station "San Toma" super zu erreichen. Der Checkin (inkl. Tourismusababe) ist schon im Vorfeld online möglich, so dass man sofort die Zimmerkarte bei Ankunft erhält. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und nett, das Frühstück ist super und hat alles, was man braucht. Der Kaffee (von Espresso bis Latte Macchiato) wird frisch zubereitet und ist dementsprechend sehr gut. Das gebuchte Superior-Doppelzimmer war ausreichend groß mit 2 Fenstern und sehr schönem Blick auf den kleinen Kanal. Das Bad ist super modern. Alles in allem ein Hotel zum Wohlfühlen in einem sehr schönen Stadtteil von Venedig.

All of the staff were helpful, kind, and accommodating for all of our needs. The room was beautiful and clean. The daily breakfast and staff maked the perfect start to the day. The location of the hotel is set back in a quiet neighborhood with quick connections to the grande canal. 3 wonderful restaurants just a step away from the front door. I would highly recommend staying.

Has a great stay

On our first night, the A/C was not working — and there was a heatwave in Italy. I called twice: the first time they said they would fix it and they didn’t and the second time, no one answered the phone at 10:30pm. We had to keep the windows open and there were men talking aloud in the restaurant below for hours through the night. We couldn’t sleep in the heat and noise, and we had to speak to the manager the following day. In the second day, we had to do the same again and the A/C slowly came back. We had A/C for the rest of our stay. But they should have given us a discount for what we endured on our first sleepless night. Otherwise the window view was breathtaking and the room was kept very clean. The best part of our stay was meeting the breakfast staff. Melba was wonderful and very helpful to us during the week we stayed there. For that I give Casa W plenty of stars. The reception boy in the morning was a bit rude. Hotel could be perfect if the fix these little issues.

wspaniały hotel, malutki, butikowy, czyściutki, nowoczesny. przepyszne śniadanie, pokój urządzony bardzo gustownie, przestronny, komfortowy. bardzo miły i pomocny personel - od panów na recepcji, po panie obsługujące śniadanie. to taki hotelik, w którym można poczuć się jak w domu lub w sympatycznej gościnie u znajomych. w dodatku położenie w centrum Wenecji - rewelacja!

The staff was very helpful. It was a nicely maintained hotel within good walking distance of the major attractions. The breakfast options were good (though the eggs were cold), overall excellent service and a good place to stay.
