Lovely house near the sea (across the road and along 20 meters was a path) in a small community. A convenient local store and a few restaurants. Reasonable distance from Bognor Regis (15 min drive; hour walk; direct bus). House itself clean and comfortable, with a few nice extras (we liked the pool table/tennis table/meal table).
