Great hotel. Great location. Lovely clean rooms. On-line checkin was a bit of a faff and took a lot of time. Other than that, stay was excellent.

This is a stunning boutique hotel in the centre of Granada and walkable to all major attractions. Our room 302 was amazing with luxury amenities, its own kitchenette and as incredible bathroom with fabulous shower!. It had its own terrace with sun loungers overlooking the Sierra Nevada mountains. Spotlessly clean with quirky artwork. Staff was fantastic and were available anytime via WhatsApp. Would 💯 recommend.

Bubaquia House is an incredible place to stay! The suite was spacious and beautiful! It felt like a very special home away from home! Staff were very friendly and accommodating, the room was full of goodies at reasonable prices, and it was close to all the wonder of Granada - we walked everywhere!

Wonderful

The property is conveniently located within walking distance of many areas of interest in Granada. A bus to the Alhambra is a five minute walk away, and there are many restaurants nearby. Our room was clean and quite spacious and comfortable, with a large bathroom and a wet bar and a terrace with chairs. However, to my knowledge the property doesn't offer any amenities outside the room itself. Although there was a staff member on site at least at times, most contact with staff is by email. Online check-in is mandatory, and I didn't like being informed of this only a couple of days before arrival--you need to have the time and Internet access available to do it, and the check-in website wasn't easy to use. Also, there are drinking and dining places on the street below that were quite noisy, often until three or four in the morning.

Excellent in every way. Book with confidence, fantastic rooms, staff and location. Will certainly book again. Thank you for making a stay at new year a great one and the lovely gift.

sehr zentral. Personal super freundlich. Aller sauber und gut gepflegt. Direkt im Zentrum gelegen, man braucht kein Auto. Auch zum Alhambra zu Fuß zu erreichen.Nichts zu meckern :-)

You couldn't ask for a better location. We could walk everywhere in the center of town and a large bus transit center was just a few blocks away. The suite was clean and spacious. This location really enhanced our visit to Granada!

Rooms seemed to be newly renovated. Everything seemed pretty new and neat. The staff; Javier and Fernando are the bests!! Restaurants and bars, and even shoppings are few steps away and varieties. Good vibe.

Fraaie, rustige, ruime kamer. Er is geen ontbijt of andere service, behalve af en toe een baliemedewerker. Maar ligging is absoluut top.

Two Big Negatives!! First of all, this is NOT a 4-star property with a "winery." It is a boutique with about a dozen rooms. The front desk only has staff from 09:00 to 17:00. The "winery" is actually a small cafe, also open 09:00 to 17:00. There is no room service. Second: The bathroom, although large, is very poorly designed. The two dim lights are behind your back, so you are not lit in the mirror. There is one additional light behind the mirror (turned on by touching a spot on the mirror) but it mainly shines in your eyes. The worst thing: Not only is the shower totally open (no glass, no curtain) but the rain shower head is located in the center of the bathroom, 1 foot from the toilet and 1 foot from the surface holding the sink, so that you have the pleasure of soaking everything on the counter and if lucky, even the toilet paper. I have yet to hear a single argument in favor of such arrangements - they are tolerable in an older property with very limited space, but not in a brand-new suite. It's a shame, because the suite is large, all of the fixtures & electricity work well, the bed is comfortable, and the location is fine. I would give it 3 stars as a place to stay but have deducted one more star for the inaccuracies in the description.
