Excelente opción para hospedarte. Las instalaciones súper bonitas, limpias, las camas muy cómodas, en general un departamento muy acogedor, que te hace sentir como en casa. Buena ubicación. El personal del edificio es muy amable. Y la persona que nos atendió por whatsapp, por unas dudas que teníamos, se portó muy amable. Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme en Lumina at Taman Condesa!

My family of 3 stayed here for a long weekend. The property is immaculate, and very safe. We were provided with everything we needed. I used the gym, we spent some time on the rooftop, and we spent a fair amount of time in the room itself. La Condesa and many parts of Roma Norte were within walking distance. We felt safe walking that area, even in the evening. Tons of restaurants and bars nearby. I would definitely stay here again. The only con I can think of is that the building does not have air conditioning. They do provide fans. We were here in mid-may, and while not cold in the room, we were comfortable enough to get a good nights sleep!

amazing place to stay

It's a solid apartment. Not a 4 star hotel like listed in in Expediq. No daily cleaning. No room service. You have to go down to the entrance to pick up Uber Eats service. No AC. Other than that it's a solid apartment with security in a great location. The review is given because I was expecting more of a hotel experience like similar alternatives in the area for a similar price. It's not a 4 star hotel.

We had a good stay at Lumina. The staff was very friendly and courteous

We enjoy the stay at Taman Condesa. There are many restaurants and groceries near by. I feel safe and cozy living there for a week.

Very conveniently located, clean, well-kept apartment. The only problem is with the water heater. It is too small for demand. The water is either very hot, or too cold, and not any way to keep it at a medium hot temp for a shower. So, no shower was satisfactory. Really, our only complaint.

Nice property and staff. The major negative is that there is no heat or air conditioning. We had to ask for a portable heater for our winter stay. Concierge was excellent.

Very noisy, WiFi didn’t work during our stay, the property wasn’t clean nor even once during our stay…not quite up to standards given the premium price paid

Everything was great. The only thing that I would recommend would be to have a hairdryer available. And to disclose that the noise level is high and that there is no AC.

Excelente atención, con todo lo necesario para convertirse en un hogar con todos los utensilios de cocina, baño, lavandería, wifi, etc. Con balcón, estacionamiento, roof garden, todo muy bien pensado.

I loved the apartment it was clean and very safe. The area was great a lot of food places nearby and all walking distance.
