The only things that I’d complain about was the baseboards weren’t clean but it may be okay with others and the neighboring room would allow the door to close which woke us up several times the last night we were there. The location was great to get the experience and feel of the city. The staff was accommodating for an earlier check in and a little late on the check out!

Everything was fine with the accommodation, the apartment was new and fully equipped. The only downside is that the air conditioning is extra, 10 euros per day. It could be included in the daily rate. Otherwise, everything was fine.

We like that it was spacious and clean and had good lighting, unlike some other hotels. We did not like that it was an apartment and not a true hotel. We had a problem with the staff not getting back to us when they said they would.

Decent for price. Got stuck in the elevator and had to call the police to get out. Got screamed and cursed at by some random lady who lived in the apartment building.

I was absolutely shocked when our next door neighbour checked at 23.20 and we were woke up by their absolute noise. Walking like horses slamming doors and loud speak. I came out from my room and the host or host helper was asked in a very respectable manner if they know what the time is!?! Answer from the host ( not the guest) was that we are checking in. I said but with all due respect we want to sleep because we have to wake up early. .Answer : well go to sleep , turned with her ass towards me like nothing happened. I know that tourist are good only to take their money but this attitude was outrageous. The rest kitchen bathroom very very clean and neat.

It was perfect for us. The room was clean and the beds were great, we had a good nights sleep and the shower had great pressure. Thanks for everything.

This was a very nice property! It was close to the metro and had a lot of options for food and groceries nearby. You will be sharing the property with other people but I didn’t have any problems with that :)

Localização excelente! Quarto agradável. Pontos negativos para tranca eletrônica do quarto com defeito, chuveiro com defeito oscilando entre quente e frio, não permanece quente. Não possui panelas ou cafeteira específica para fogão de indução. Perdendo o sentido da cozinha.

Disappointed with this property since we did not get what we paid for. Misleading information about the room since we booked a double room with air conditioning for 21 days and we were put in a room that was no bigger than a walk in closet that was extremely hot and the owner refused to help and change us to a different room. They kept giving us excuse after excuse. They could have given us another room since the other rooms were short term rental like 1-5 nights.Shared bathroom that never had toilet paper, shared kitchen that never had paper towels or towels to dry dishes. Another issue was only 1 set of keys to get into the building to get to the room which means that we had to stay around the property so the other could get back in. The staff for the most part were friendly. their 4 pm check in time needs to be reviewed for guests that arrive earlier or a way to hold their luggage.

I would highly recommend NOT staying at this property and finding a nearby hotel, even it might cost a few euro more. The details of the property are misleading, communication with the administration team is awful, and, all considered, it is overpriced. Unless you enjoy paying high prices to share a bathroom with 5 rooms, I'd search elsewhere.
