Bonito hotel. Buen restaurante. Excelente servicio. Habitaciones cómodas. Piscinas super buenas. El mejor de Huacachina sin duda

Great hotel with amazing relaxation facilities. Well situated and excellent staff.

Vale lo que cuesta porque esta donde esta en el oasis pero la habitacion deja mucho que desear para ser 100$ la noche. No hay no siquiera una neverita para dejar enfriar las botellas de agua ni telefono para llamar a recepción. Se nos fue la luz por la tarde aunque lo solucionaron rapido. Es muy ruidoso ya que la ventana y la puerta de la hab dan al pasillo exterior y las paredes son de papel. Se escucha todo. No hay ascensor. Las piscinas estan bien.

Amazing little oasis in the desert! Very modern facilities clean and tidy. Staff were training so little slow! Restaurant super good didn’t have to go out and had cute welcoming drinks!

I enjoyed my one-night stay and wish I could have stayed longer. The room was spacious, clean, and had air-conditioning. The two pools are lovely and have wonderful views of the dunes. I had dinner and breakfast at the Cask Restaurant and enjoyed both meals.

Hotel and rooms were good. The pools were very nice alongside the dunes in the background. The only thing was that loud music was played throughout the day which could be heard easily from the rooms which made having a nap during the day difficult.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Hotel! Alles war sehr sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und bestens organisiert. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

What a location! We enjoyed, the pool, being able to look up at a massive sand dune, the close proximity to the Oasis, happy hour mojitos and the meals. The manager was friendly and interacted with the guests and the rest of the staff also gave excellent service. Highly recommend it to anyone who is visiting Huacachina.

Clean, great atmosphere and staff. Music wasn’t an issue from our room (we faced away from the pool) would go back!

Room was hot when we arrived, only cooled down to a warm 26 by the morning. Reserved the Deluxe Double which stated a king sized bed in the listing, nope it was a queen. Room was very basic and clean. Overall, our 11 hour stay was comfortable. Breakfast cost extra, but was good.

Buenas instalaciones

Clean, spacious room. Air conditioner worked great. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel manager (?) was very attentive and helpful. Pools were very nice. No elevator would have been a negative had they not taken care of getting our luggage to our room. I’d definitely stay here again.

No facility to make a drink in the room and staff didn’t explain there was free coffee available. Air con good but our room was near to an external nightclub that went on until 3.30am

Service was excellent. Food was excellent. Location was excellent. We loved this hotel! Thanks to managers Jack & Chris for making our stay enjoyable!!
