Super friendly staff and very nice place. Only thing I’d say is be careful in the area

The staff were warm and welcoming, and rhe service was reliable.. Small , but clean and cute room. The route shown in the google map is completely wrong and some kids helps me to find the room which was literally very far away from the location that shown in google maps.

Déçus de ce Riad car nous avons trouvé des cafards dans la chambre. Ils proposent la restauration sur leur rooftop mais non seulement ce n’est pas très bon mais en plus vous ne pouvez pas manger tranquillement sans que des abeilles s’invitent à votre table. Seul point positif le personnel est très gentil et serviable.

Overall was good, not best location, it’s a fair walk to souks or restaurants. Nothing close by. Swimming pool extremely small, breakfast its simple but good. Music keeps playing at night which is a bit annoying. I’ll give a 6 out 10. Recommend to stay there, staff are really welcoming. Shout out to Mustafa, really helpful. Also do it the Balloon ride which the hotel offers, great offer. Thanks

L hebergement par lui meme peux passer,mais l acces doit se faire à pied dans des ruelles sales et dégradées, pour acceder a la place principale de Marrakech à pied il faut traverser le quartier bondé de monde et des mobylettes roulants à vive allure...dangereux. Déconseillé surtout avec des enfants.

Tive uma experiência incrível com o Riad Les Dunes, desde a minha chegada até ir embora. Todos são muito simpáticos, solícitos, super amáveis. Me acompanhou até a porta da Medina em “TODOS” os meus passeios onde os motoristas vinham recolher. O café da manhã com variedade, e eles sempre atentos em relação a alimentação (vegetariana). Enfim o Riad me surpreendeu na positiva em todos os aspectos. Quer venham com família, ou sozinhas, saibam que estarão muito à vontade.

We had the best stay at Riad les dunes. Firstly I would advise booking the airport pick up through them (€20) as when you get to the medina it is quite daunting trying to find your way through the streets of Marrakesh (which you can’t drive down) we got picked up no problem and were escorted to the Riad by members of the team. The room was lovely, small (as all Riads would be) but the perfect size for the 2 of us, was cleaned every day and had all the amenities we needed. The Riad itself is beautiful, the roof top is lovely and the food is so so good! It’s in good walking distance to the main square (20 mins) and if you need taxis anywhere or have booked any trips, the entrance to get picked up is a 7 minute walk away. The thing that really makes this Riad the best place to stay is the staff! They could not do enough for us. They told us good recommendations for restaurants, tours, places to visit, and just anything we would ask and more! We only have 2 names (Ayoub & Mustaffa) but any staff member we came across was so kind and made us feel at home for the whole trip.

A localização é muito difícil e lhe dar com as cenas vistas antes da chegada no hotel. De resto, sensacional.

We spent a week at Riad Zagora and enjoyed the relaxed homely feel. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was good and the place was immaculately clean, fresh towels everday. Would recommend arranging airport transfers with the hotel as it would be hard to find without being met. Ideally situated to enjoy the souks and main sights. Staff can help you arrange a vatiety of excursions. English spoken by most staff but a smattering of French would be helpful. Would highly recommend a stay at this riad.

Beautiful and traditional

Nom de l'hôtel, l'adresse et le numéro de téléphone que fourni le site sont erronées. Nous avons mis environ 2h30 à trouver la bonne adresse et ce avec beaucoup de chance. L'hôtel s'appelle en réalité Camel and spa sur papier et Riad Zagora devant l'entrée c'est à ne rien comprendre. D'autre personnes ont eu le même problème que nous.
