Great location Sofa bed was stained Air con didn't work properly and a bad smell throughout the room Didn't receive check in information until after I arrived at the hotel so was told there wasn't a room available. Then got a text message with how to get in.

Central location, easy to explore the city and Brisbane.

Great location and great communication from the property.

i had a bad experience checking in. i couldn,t get hold of them on my phone. the checkin desk were unhelpful because it belonged to the hotel who was seprate from apartments. i finally worked out how to get the keys . only to have them not work. i finally got hold of them to find out they had they had changed my apartment no, but hadnt let me know. i was very stressed by this time. the apartment was very nice once i got into it. my stay was enjoyable after all that.

This one-bedroom apartment in the heart of Brisbane is close to parks, attractions, shopping centers, restaurants, and grocery stores. The in-unit washer-dryer was particularly helpful in the hot weather. The apartment is well-connected to public transportation, making it easy to explore. Management is friendly and responsive, ensuring a comfortable stay.

The property is in the best location and super convenient to all sorts of attractions and amenities.

I was very concerned about not being able to book in at a reception but Philip and Sveta were on the ball and in contact the whole time. We had a minor issue with our room and Philip came straight over to sort it. Would definitely recommend booking through Brisbane City Apartments.

Great location, comfortable bed, good shower, and quiet room. Great for a week long stay. Didn’t get check in email which was a bit of a stress but communication was good when reached by phone.

There was not even shampoo or conditioner in the apartment. there is no USB charging points - this is basic hotel amenities. The towels had fluff on them that transferred to you when drying yourself, the door to the bathroom is mouldy and water damaged and the whole place smells musty and old. Total Fail. on top of that its loud with construction noise.

Excellent stay. Proactive and responsive host was able to accomodate both my last minute booking and my request for a late checkout. Unit is a clean and comfortable studio on a high floor, and it has all the things you need for a nice stay (e.g., fridge, microwave, wine glasses, aircon, furniture, chairs, soap, etc.). Unit has a nice city view, too. It is perfectly located in the center of the CBD and super close to everything, including restaurants, pubs, pharmacies, the river, and public transport. Easy 24hr self check-in, and a super easy check-out process. Great overall value. Only downsides are the unit doesn't have a balcony (but the host has other units that do), and two of the four room lamps don't work (desk lamp and nightstand lamp near window). I will stay here again for sure next time I am in Brisbane!

Amazing property, the manger is so nice and attentive! THE BEST LOCATION. Walking distance to everything including public transport. Was very happy with my stay, rooms are clean and spacious.
