Had huge issues with check in, on the counter they said my reservation didn’t exist, had me waiting and calling expedia because they couldn’t figure it out

Amenities sólo un champú y regular, no hay números para comunicación con la admistracion, en la recepción no saben nada de este operador, deberían tener un número de contacto

The stay was great but the check in was horrible. Had to spent hours between messages and 4 different phone numbers to get the code for the room. Once they fix that is a 5 star stay.

The place was very clean, updated and an excellent option if you travel with more than two people price is great
