Absolutely shocking hotel. Pictures look fine but not what is actually there. This place is now using the name Gresham but is actually what was the Comfort Inn. The staff are rude. Very unsavoury people hanging around outside. Possibly offering their services to people staying there. I was locked out at one point and asked by one of the staff if I was trying to bring two ladies in with me!! The lift wasn’t working, the shower only dribbled out cold water even after being on for a while to try and warm it up. Room and the hotel in general didn’t feel very clean. Doors banging for hours during the night. People shouting and seemed to be a lot of strange movements going on all throughout the night. Fine if you don’t want any sleep!! You’d be better giving this dump a swerve and stay somewhere else. Definitely nothing like the pictures used on this site. It’s a terrible place that Hotels.com really should consider removing from its list of recommended places to book.

Outstanding stay. The hotel was spotless clean from the lobby to the room. The facilities were excellent and everything was maintained to a high standard. The location was perfect and within walking distance of the main attractions.

Staff were helpful but hotel is very tired looking, beds not comfy hair dryer did not work and breakfast poor.

This place is awful. Whilst the bedding was clean, the room certainly wasn't and Filthy bathroom too. I walked out after 30 minutes. The lady on reception was apologetic. I paid £99.00 for that room and they haven't had the decency of giving me any refund. I should have read the reviews before I booked!
