裡面有廚房、洗衣及洗衣粉，鍋碗瓢盆，洗碗精，對旅客想要下廚跟每天有乾淨衣服穿是非常方便的事情，離地鐵站走路2分鐘內可以到，附近的超市跟書局也很方便就在地鐵出口， 只有廚房太小了點，住七天， 垃圾都放在房間裡比較麻煩， 浴室有乾燥功能，洗了衣服，隔天早上就能乾，少少的衣服出遊就可以了。下次有機會還會再入住。 廚房的冰箱跟微波爐上面擠了一些灰，這些如果可以改善的話， 就更棒了， 房間裡的地毯建議可以換成其他材質， 因為容易有灰塵， 雙面大採光可惜 沒有窗戶和門可以出去陽臺跟通風 。

I arrived just before 10 and was stressed out trying to check in on an iPad. Had I realized there would be no front desk I likely would have booked elsewhere. No room cleaning offered, nor fresh towels. There was a balcony but it was accessible only for emergencies so no fresh air, and rather stuffy. Space felt cramped.

체크인 데스크가 좀 불편했고~ 사진보다 방사이즈가 좀 작게느껴졌어요~ 그 외에는 별 문제없이 편안하게 숙박했어요

有廚房 很不錯

사진으로 무지 커보였지만 엄청나게 타이트한 공간. 그러나 그것이 일본 호텔의 특징이니 오케이! 창문을 열 수 없는 점이 매우 아쉽다. 공기 순환이 힘들었다. 나머지는 모두 좋았다!!! 동네 자체가 매우 좋은 동네!!!

-If it’s not your first time traveling in Kyushu area and want to explore the city instead of wandering around the region. It’s the perfect place to stay although it’s not that close to Hakata stn. -We were traveling as a family of four with elderly person and we chose the biggest room they offered, I LOVE the cleanliness/the size of the bed&room/ the lighting/the bathroom is not too dim as much as I worried/the soundproof is not that bad at all/the curtain is perfectly fine/8 body and face towels are enough for 4 people on 5nights without using washing machine. -I also chose this place because I wanted to explore the west side of the city during sakura blooming time. The location itself is so close to the Ohori park/ Maizuru Park/ Nishi park/ Atago shrine. -There are tons of restaurants nearby. There are two next door that open early for the breakfast named Osai and Robata no Ito Okashi which we are fond of. There is Ropponmatsu421 opposite the hotel. 7-11/Lawson/FamilyMart/Drug11/ MatsuKiyo are all in walking distance.This area are also perfect for the foodies, I can’t tell you enough how close they are to the hotel. All the delish cafés, including the OG Amam Dacotan, Matsupan, coffeeman are impressive. -The check-in was easy. -The only downside I’d say is NO luggage storage service as it is unmanned hotel, I recommend you to use coin lockers in Hakata stn and explore the Hakata and old town area on day1 b4 check-in time. -Taxi from hotel to airport was only ¥3300!

Nice big room with 4 double beds, small kitchenette, bathroom, washing machine and toilet. The shampoo, body soap was good quality. Place is near the Ropponmatsu metro station, just a 3 min walk away, so it is very convenient. There are some eateries nearby. Check-in is only available from 1500 via the ipad at the ground floor. Happy with this place.

チェックインの方法がわかりづらい。部屋の窓が開けれなかった。

部屋などは清潔でとても良かったですが、アメニティがほぼない、などの欠点はありました

Very clean and new. In-room washing machine is just awesome. I went there in the winter so laundry dried over night. Best thing here is there is a huge humidifier in room. Everything is good except that you will need around 20 mins to go to city center, but still very convenient.

深夜に激しい騒音があり、何度も起こされて大変不快な思いをしました。 安全面の不安もあったため、ホテル側へ「管理会社への確認」や「必要であれば通報対応」をお願いしましたが、 対応は“監視カメラを見ただけ”で終わりでした。 監視カメラで確認できなかったという理由で、 実際に起きている騒音が軽く扱われ、事実そのものが否定されたような印象を受けました。 宿泊者が困っているのに、これ以上の調査や対応を全く行わない姿勢にも驚きました。 結果的に原因特定も改善もされず、不安と不快感だけが残る滞在となりました。 問題が起きた際にきちんと対応してもらえないため、安心して泊まれる環境とは言えないと感じました。

部屋がキレイだった。お風呂もバストイレ別々でファミリーで利用しやすい。 無人チェックイン、チェックアウトも説明がわかりやすくスムーズにできた。 立地も良い→周辺に飲食店多数あり、コンビニあり、地下鉄駅近く、福岡ドームからは35分歩くが混雑なく歩ける距離

그냥 가끔 특가로 예약하면 나쁘지않은거 같습니다

客室はとても綺麗で快適でした。すぐ近くに駐車場や軽食が取れる場所やコンビニもあります..チェックインなどは少し面倒

天神南駅から地下鉄で6つくらいだったと思います。 六本松は色々と小さな店が集まっていて楽しい町でした。 再開発されて綺麗な街並みと、路地に入った激安居酒屋とのさが面白い。

子連れ旅行には、キッチン、洗濯機があるのがとてもありがたいです！ 清潔感もあり、とても過ごしやすかったです！ 部屋に入る前の廊下の壁紙がもう少し明るい色だと安心感があります！

Nice hotell, will stay here again.
