Great location with parking which is a bonus. Flat aesthetic was good with lots of mod cons and was by and large clean. On the other hand, the check in in process and communication with the host was extremely poor- questions about amenities were left unanswered and checking in code wasn’t sent until 30mins before check in. customer service were less than helpful and couldn’t get hold of the host for details, all of which added additional unnecessary stress. Whilst equipped visually to a high spec, some facilities you would expect at this price point, for example a coffee machine, were not provided. Kitchen poorly equipped with no dish towels or oven gloves and shower room not fit for purpose as it flooded after a short shower with towels having to be used to mop up the floor. Overall a disappointing stay and wouldn’t return or recommend

Amazing property, excellent location. The apartment was very clean and aesthetic, all necessary things needed for in the apartment and kitchen. Host was very understanding and accommodating.

Very comfortable, clean and warm apartment. No cleaning cloths, washing liquid etc provided.

When we entered the apartment it was so cold and took all night for the heat to warm up. It was not a pleasent first impression. The apartment was advertised to have a king sized bed and it was an extremely hard queen sized bed. The first plate and fork rhat I went to use were bith dirty. Part of the hose fell off of the shower and the shower was either burning hot or freezing cold. When I tried to contact the host about these problems I did not receive a reply. This was a very disappointing stay and I would not recommend it to anyone. It's such a shame as it could be a nice spot.

We were absolutely thrilled with the apartment. It was amazing—so cute and incredibly well equipped! Everything felt new and thoughtfully designed, making it a wonderful base for our trip. ​The location couldn't be more perfect. We had private parking, and the apartment is right on the doorstep of all the shops and restaurants, plus it was only a few minutes' walk to the lake. Everything we needed was immediately accessible. ​The only real drawback we experienced was the sofa bed. It was very springy and uncomfortable, even for our small children. If you plan to use it for sleeping, be aware that it might not provide a restful night. ​Regarding check-in, the process was a little unclear. I wasn't sure when the access code for the key box would be sent, so I had to reach out to the management. For future guests, note that the code is sent just before the official check-in time. It would be helpful if this timeline were communicated more clearly upon booking to avoid any unnecessary worry. ​Overall, a truly excellent stay thanks to the apartment's high quality and unbeatable location.
