Ótimo custo benefício. Edimburgo é uma cidade com hospedagens caras e essa foi uma que encontrei com menor preço e com quartos limpos, móveis novos e próximo a ponto de ônibus. A única coisa que incomodou foi o barulho de portas ao amanhecer. Mas para quem vai ficar poucos dias vale a pena. Funcionários muito atenciosos. Tem um espaço de cozinha comunitária que possui fogão, geladeira e utensílios.

The property was very clean and the staff was very helpful. Perfect for solo travelers!

Overall very good service, cleaning was very good, but few improvements on the way. No mat out of shower makes a mess in the room. The bed is actually very small for two, but ok if tou looking for A budget solution.

Saçma sapan bir online chekin süreçleri var saatlerce insanlar onunla uğraştı. Erken vardık baliz bırakmak istedik para aldılar tam bi skandal. Odada duş için sabun ve havluyu bile parayla vermek istiyolar. Old town tarafına yürüyerek ulaşmakta sorun yaşamadık çok yakın denemez ama fiyatına göre kabul edilebilirdi. Odalar tertemiz ve büyüklüğü yeterliydi manzarası güzeldi. Ama bize hiç bi konuda yardımcı olamadılar havlu ve çanta bırakmaya para almayı hiç bir yurt dışı seyahatimde yaşamamıştım.

Stanza di dimensioni ridotte sopratutto il bagno ma accettabile , letto una piazza e mezzo giusto x 2 persone magre , il prezzo che viene applicato è ridotto rispetto alle altre strutture a Edimburgo , vicino a centro commerciale e anche locali dove mangiare , vicinissimo a holyrood , io ci tornerei . Great location, staff very helpful and friendly

really convenient accom, check in was really easy and you get towels which was nice! the room was super clean and the staff were always helpful. there is a bus stop at the top of the street and down the road is a lidl, sainsbury’s etc which was convenient for making a holiday cheaper. the view from our room was lovely, arthur’s seat could be seen from the window - there are train tracks nearby but they aren’t a bother. would defo stay again!! :)

The staff were really welcoming and the location is so good, there’s a shopping mall just 3mins away. Will definitely recommend.

We were the first costumers after opening. Normally this is a longterm rental student home, but it was excellent for one night to visit the town. Very nice staff at the reception.

Don’t count on bag storage. And I think this is run by volunteer students. It’s a bit chaotic and disorganized. In all fairness, it is new. I needed bag storage as offered, but they didn’t, so I carried my 20kg bag only to get the same room the next day on a 3 day stay.

Very clean and nice, but essential item such as hair dryer is not provided, also wifi connection problem.

I booked 3 nights here with anticipation of luggage storage. Luggage storage was restricted and not as advertised. The staff was not accommodating. I had to check out, carry 20kg of luggage to a bag check across town because there was nothing suitable locally. I believe the place to be run by students that can’t make decisions and don’t understand hospitality. It was a relatively small ask, but a massive inconvenience to me. I found out day 2, so lost an afternoon looking around for some assistance. It was stressful. This site finally got me a supervisor who offered a solution, but I spent 2-3 hours online and walking to find something local to help, plus nearly 2 hours with customer service. I was physically sick with how stressful it was.
