Chambre propre , literie confortable , lit King size dans la suite Chambre dans logement bien située proche de la Kasbah et sur la route de la jolie balade le long de la rivière Petit déjeuner copieux au soleil sur la terrasse très appréciable Personnel très serviable Bémol : la chambre qu’on occupait était sans fenêtre et forte odeur d’humidité . Difficilté pour aérer

Chambre spacieuse et lumineuse - salle de bain grande mais équipements à rafraîchir (vasque, WC et douche qui n'a pas de porte donc l'eau se répand un peu partout à la sortie - QQS odeurs d'humidité mais comme parfois au Maroc - rien de reboutant pour nous. Petit déjeuner simple mais suffisant : omelette aux herbes très bonne, fromage frais, jus d'orange frais et pain - service rapide. Il nous a manqué un meuble pour y déposer la valise. Situation géographique excellente et quartier calme, sf QQS chiens qui aboient en pleine nuit parfois. Rapport qualité prix un peu cher ou prestation petit déj à améliorer (laitage, pancakes, ou pâtisseries par exemple)

Difficile à localiser car pas de pancarte, pas de signalétique, rien pour identifier la maison. Heureusement que la population est accueillante et cherche à aider. Lieu extrêmement bien situé, à côté de la casbah, magnifique vue sur une partie de la ville et de la mosquée Bouzafar. RAS pour le reste, très correcte.

Very good location, clean and quiet. We were told the breakfast was ready at 8:30, but it wasn’t ready until 9 AM Amenity was a little weak

Staff were excellent! But the property is just ok, the bathrom smells a bit foul. Too many beds in one room. Fyi, manage your expectations because this is not the type of hotel that has a front desk. Overall, it's okay.

Abit hard to find the place without direction, thankfully I ran into the guy for the place and she showed me where it was and carried my bags. Place is beautifully decorated and clean, really gets you in the vibe for the blue city. Great location, there is a shop for snacks at the top of the stairs, lots of close by restaurants and literally only 6/7 minute walk to the main square where you can explore the medina streets.

Staff member that met us upon arrival and at check out was very nice. He gave us a choice of rooms. The room we chose was bigger and had a small kitchen with fridge but it was older. The rooms on the lower floor are more modern but I loved having the fridge . The only concern bother we had and I believe you will have it where ever you stay in Chefchaouen is the barking and howling dogs throughout the night . They are cute in the Medina but not so much when you are trying to sleep . Not a reason to not go to Chefchaouen or to not stay at this Riad but just a warning .

The staff onsite reacted quickly to meet and direct us to parking directly outside the casa. The location is fabulous and delicious and plentiful breakfast was provided!

Needs to be cleaner. Soap for shower is inadequate. Shower was cold even after asking for it to be checked. Toilet seat won’t stay up. Water leaks everywhere is you use bidet sprayer. Heater does not work. No garbage pail. I do not understand the ratings for this place.

Cold room..air cond not working.Had a couple opposite my room checked out a few hrs after checking in. Had to pay parking outside property n its about 30 steps down to property Hot water running hot n cold.. I started with hot n finished with very cold shower Despite having written (before arrival)n verbal confirmation after arrival that i can have early breakfast..it did not happen even when i whatsapp in morning

Staff was amazing, but the shower head was broke and the room was freezing all night.

Zimmer (Traditionelle Suite) kein Fenster; extremer Katzengeruch im ganzen Haus; keine Zimmerreinigung; kein Frühstück am zweiten Tag; Vermieter war diesbezüglich nicht erreichbar. Der eine Stern geben wir nur für das wirklich gute Frühstück am ersten Tag

Amazing hidden gem. Breakfast was amazing!! Highly recommend. However, the property is not marked properly so it can be slight difficult to find, but otherwise no complaints.

This hotel shouldn't be rated more than one star It’s the worst hotel I have ever seen in my entire lifetime. First there was no sign for this hotel so the taxi got lost, it took us a while to find it. We got a room on the first floor and there was a terrible strong sewer smell coming from the bathroom. The shower had mold . The bed was hard like a rock we couldn’t sleep well. Avoid this hotel.

Bon acceuil , la dame qui fait lea déjeuners etait gentille et tres serviable . Pres de la Medina [2 min de marche]

Schlafzimmer war okay, ebenso das Frühstück . Leider hat das Bad ein Feuchtigkeitsproblem und es roch sehr unangenehm. Maximal für eine Nacht.
