Really great staff. Good clean rooms. Two things let it down. 1st, NO, tea/coffee facility in the room☹️ after a long journey, being able to sit down in your room relaxing with a tea/coffee, is pretty much standard facility in hotels, but missing here. 2nd, every morning around 7am the maintenance guys would decide to discuss/argue their work schedule in the garden outside the windows, because the garden areas are like little sound alleys, their booming voices would wake us up, so have a word with your guys and ask them to have some common sense please!

GOOD: - New and clean - Free locker for luggage storage BAD: - Poor design that toilet and washing basin are on opposite ends of bedroom - No mini fridge - Only one small rubbish bin in toilet - Window binders do not work- even after fixing, there is always one binder that didn’t go up or down. It could be left hand side today and right hand side tomorrow. - Small sink makes it difficult to wash face without bumping to the faucet or spilling water everywhere - 1 pair of slipper for a triple room - 2 small bottles of water for 3 guests. When we asked for more, we had the choice of tap water for free or 1 more bottle for €7. WORST: - Hotel system has been hacked with data leaks. We received WhatsApp message requesting for online check in to get electronic keys to our room. This saves time, but immediately after we did the check in we got messages requesting verification of our credit card for the booking. Given the second message arrived immediately after the first one, we complied though with doubts. Long story short, the e-check in is not safe, we have been charged hundreds of €, hotel front desk didn’t care and didn’t try to understand. - Either the cleaning team or the guy who came to fix the binder left our hotel room door unlocked and with a small open gap. We were shocked to see that we could push the door open without unlocking it. All in all, horrible experience and will not return.

Fenster gehen nicht zu öffnen, ich bin ein Frischluftfan....kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer, kein Wasserkocher im Zimmer, dieser wurde aber nach Rückfrage ins Zimmer gestellt! Allerdings sehr ruhig, gute Betten! Das Waschbecken war ziemlich niedrig angebracht, sowie auch recht klein (rundum alles nass)....gute Idee mit der Gepäckaufbewahrung!!!

Alles nagelneu. Self Checkin und checkout hat hervorragend geklappt! Lage gut, ca. 5 min. Von U-Bahn Schottenring entfernt. In der Nähe gute Geschäfte, Cafés, Bäckereien! Waren sehr zufrieden!

Nice hotel in a good location. The room was very quiet. The room was not very big but had all the usual facilities. Great breakfast buffet.

Konumu çok iyiydi, otel çok temiz, oda çok kullanışlı, olumsuz değil ama eleştirilebilecek tek şey odada su ısıtıcısı, kahve çay gibi ikramlar yoktu.

조식 퀄리티 훌륭하고 직원도 상당히 친절했어요 호텔 내 편의 시설(호실 별 냉장고, 커피포트 / 호텔 내 전자렌지) 등은 부족해서 아쉬웠습니다.

Excelente hotel, moderno y muy buena ubicación. Nos permitieron dejar el equipaje después del check out.

Beliggende i rolig sidegate, kort spasertur til gamlebyen/sentrum og kollektivtransport. Helt nytt med freshe farger og hyggelige fellesarealer. Uformelt. Resepsjonen er i baren. Rommene som vender ut mot hagen har inngang fra trapperommet. Badet (dusj og vask) er på soverommet, med mulighet for å trekke for en gardin mellom badet og resten av rommet. Toalettet er i eget, lite rom. Moderne, men noe upraktisk dersom man deler rom. Hyggelig betjening. Enkel frokost,

Our stay was really nice, the rooms were very updated and clean. The staff downstairs were really nice and friendly too. The location is just a 10 minute walk from the centre so a really good distance.

Smart single oda seçimi yapmıştım. 6 gece konakladım. Oda, çatı katında ve oldukça küçüktü. Isınma sorunu vardı. Klimayı ''off'' yapmama rağmen klima çalışmaya devam ediyordu ve oldukça üşüdüm. Resepsiyona defalarca kez ilettim ve rezervasyon iptali istedim. En son bana upgrade oda teklif edildi. Yine de oda pek sıcak değildi. Odalarda kahve çay su vs yok. Minibar yok. Konum olarak merkeze bence yakın değil, gün içerisinde odanıza uğrayabileceğiniz gibi değil. Toplu taşımaya 10-15 dk da yürüyorsunuz. Zaten toplu taşımayla 4 durak falan gidiyosunuz biraz manasız yani. Durak için geriye yürümeniz gerekiyo vs arada tuna nehri var. Nehirdeki geçiş köprüsünü kullanmanız gerekiyor. Bu da yolu uzatıyo. Ben genelde uber kullandım. Aynı ücreti ödeyerek merkezde otel bulabilirdim. Pişman oldum. Otelde tek iyi şey temizliği. Her gün odamı temizlediler. Smart single hariç daha geniş odalar ferah, güzel. Duş çok güzeldi. Sıcak su sorunu vs yoktu. Odalarda terlik yok. İsteyince verdiler. Check in yaparken monitörden check ini kendiniz yapıyosunuz ve ismim de ş harfi olduğu için oldukça zorlandık gereksiz ve sabah resepsiyonundaki çalışan hanımefendi gergindi. Daha kolay olabilirdi check in işlemleri. Çalışanlar ilgili genelde. Gece resepsiyonisti Misa ile birlikte çalıştığı arkadaşı çok yardımseverdi. Teşekkür ediyorum kendilerine. Kahvaltı bi kere yaptım. 10/4 puan veriyorum. Bu otelin en kötü iki şeyi ulaşım ve soğuk olmasıydı. Temizliğine vs güvenebilirsiniz.

The check-in was annoying since we had to basically provide all of the same information that I previously provided for my booking, including birth date and passport information. It was required to be done on an iPad while an employee did other things. The phone number field didn't work properly - accept my location - so a senior employee helped smooth things along. The room was great, comfy bed, nice amenities (we were only there one night). The AC wall unit was on warm/22 degrees, and after finding the brand online, I walked myself through the process of changing it to air conditioning, but the front desk had to authorise it remotely and again when we left for dinner and returned. So there was a lot of back and forth with the staff; they even came up to help me through the system, which is when we learned about remote start. So they were helpful, but the system didn't perform as they described.
