The hotel itself is fantastic. Looks brand new and I LOVE the work the interior designers put in to make the place REALLY special! They could have done half what they did and the place would still be considered upscale. Went way overboard in an awesome way. The staff was also fantastic. Everyone speaks a decent amount of English and I didn't have one language barrier experience. Felt like a 6 star experience overall. Would definitely come back!

Hotel is in extremely good condition and all their staff are super friendly and helpful. Will stay here again should i return to chengdu!😉
