The hotel is right next to Puno mercado. The building isn’t new, but it was warm at night and the water in the shower was hot (no shampoo provided). We enjoyed breakfast and the staff is very caring and easy to communicate. After all, its a budget hotel, and for the money - a great value.

The hotel was well located and well kept. The beds were nice and the continental breakfast was good. Cesar was wonderful! What a nice man and he was so helpful. Gave us ideas of things to do and helped us book a trip to the floating islands. Also helped us sort out the cryptic emails we received about our departing bus changes when we left. He was wonderful and made the stay much better

Está muy grande y el desayuno rico, pero es muy viejo y no hay agua caliente Solo estuve un día

Nous avons reçu de bons déjeuners. À la réception l’accueil a été formidable! Tout le personnel est très à l’écoute des visiteurs. La Plaza de Armas est tout près et pour s’y étendre, c’est une zone piétonne très jolie. Merci à M. César et tout le personnel!

Room and bathroom were clean and tidy. The owner/manager was very welcoming and took good care of me too

Ds Personal war sehr freundlich. Die lage ist sehr zentral, man kommt überall git zu Fuß oder mit dem taxi hin. Zum Hotel: Für den Preis, kann man nicht super viel erwarten, es ist ok für 1-2 Nächte

The hotel's water heating system is powered by solar energy, so hot water is only available from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Even during that period, the water is lukewarm. ------- El calentamiento de agua del hotel se realiza con energía solar, por lo tanto, solo hay agua caliente entre las 11:00 y las 14:00 horas. Incluso durante ese período, el agua está tibia.

Clean. Breakfast was good with fresh bread. Cesar was so accommodating with early breakfast

It wasn't very clean, carpets, windows, very small bathroom
