We stayed in the 4 star apart hotel part of the complex (some are classed as 3 star). Our room was described as premium pool view but was quite dated I think some of the rooms have had a full refurb so would be better. In saying that it was clean, the shower was powerful and the apartment had everything you needed. Plug points in the kitchen area were lacking. Daily maid service was great. Reception staff were extremely helpful. The rooftop pool felt very 4 star. We didn’t stay for the entertainment but the entertainer Jeffrey was v friendly . Quite a walk from town but bus stop near

Had no issues with the hotel, very clean, plenty of space around all the pools and good choice of food and drink. Just be mindful that the hotel is not all inclusive as Expedia has advertised. Whether that’s changed on the site yet is still to be established. Can’t fault the hotel and would return.
