The room was clean. Although there was an open energy drink in the fride! The location was GREAT! Once we found it! The parking was fine but very hard to find. However it was only a block or so away, so that was good! We never had to move our car and it was free! We were located within walking distance to everything we wanted to see! We walked everywhere! Norte Dame Basilica is an absolute MUST. So is the other Catholic Churches is the area. Good food and drinks all over the area! Really good coffee shops too! The restaurant that the room is above was bery nice as was the staff! So many shops and store to browse! If you want something you will find it in this area! If we come back to Canada we will definitely stay here again!

Hotel was great, location was superb. Only thing to note is there is no front desk so communication is done through text. They were super responsive so that was no issue. They did not clean our rooms each day, but not sure if that was supposed to be expected or not.

The place is located in the heart of old town Montreal, plenty of restaurants nearby. Pretty much all the tourist spots are within walking distance. Absolutely lovely place to stay at.

In old Montreal. Near the water and close to the Cathedral. St. Paul St. is a real pleasure to walk.

Overall the hotel and location were excellent! It was a new concept for both my husband and me but it seems to work fine! We had a few little glitches but was handled in a professional and timely manner!

Great location and my go to place to stay whenever I'm in town.

Spacious room and bathroom, right in the heart of Old Montreal. There is no front desk, so communication is all through Expedia/texting, which can be hard if you don’t have cell service or if you’re traveling with elderly travelers. Overall, any issues we had were worked out pretty quickly and housekeeping staff was lovely. We were able to store our bags after checkout (they store bags from 9-5pm) and we were given an early check in/late checkout for free. Good value for the cost! Also, it gets pretty loud with the restaurant (Pastek) right downstairs.
