Lots of parking. Room was small but clean and modern. Fridge. Coffee. Microwave. Front desk doesn’t seem to be manned full time. Had to call him when I checked in but he was very helpful and showed me the drill for exiting after hours etc. decent place for the price. I recommend it.

It was best western hotel before. Currently under new management and they change the new name. Great location 10mins uber to the YYZ. Hotel definitely needs a major renovation and deep clean. The front desk seems like not 24 hours. They’ll send you a secure message asking when you’ll be arriving.

Very clean and cozy Quiet and friendly staff

I booked a hotel room without reading all the details and didn't realize the check-in time was capped at midnight. The hotel sent me a note on the day of check-in sharp at 12 am that it closes at 12 a.m., which was unhelpful.Had I known that the check-in was going to close at 12 am, I would have made other arrangements or would have made sure that I reached there before 12 am. I hope this review helps other people while making a booking.

Bubble gum stuck to floor and burn marks on the carpet, no soap in the bathroom. But the staff were kind and helpful, and the place was not run down. There was no continental breakfast like promised either.

This was an unexpected pleasant surprise. The pictures on the site don't do the place justice. I accidentally ended up at a couple's nuptial celebrations. The conference centre here is drop dead gorgeous! I loved it. I'd choose this place again.
