Dealing with “Under the Doormat” was terrible. It’s been two weeks since I checked out and I’m still waiting to get my security deposit back. I asked for a parking space in one of the two check-in documents I had to fill in, yet I was told that they didn’t get the message and I couldn’t use the space as they are allocated on a first come, first serve basis. More lies, as the passing space wasn’t used! It’s a shame as the apartment was fine - and the area, which isn’t the best.
