Very overpriced for what you get. The property looks nice in photos, but the overall experience was disappointing. Breakfast was extremely poor. The cheese manoushe used processed/fake cheese, the zaatar was of poor quality, and even basic items like eggs and tea cost extra, which is unacceptable at this price point. Service was very slow throughout our stay. Housekeeping was also disappointing, as there was no room cleaning during the day unless you checked out. Although the rooms resemble small apartments, guests are not allowed to bring their own food, which defeats much of the purpose of staying in this type of accommodation. There is also very limited storage, with no proper closets for luggage or clothes. Families with young children should be aware that the stair railings are not child-safe and require constant supervision. Finally, there is an active construction site directly beneath the property. Construction noise started early in the morning and woke us up, significantly affecting our stay. Overall, the property is significantly overpriced for the quality of service and facilities provided. I would not stay here again.

The room was clean, everyday housekeeping available. Breakfast was always delicious. The view, the pool and the restaurant was fantastic.highly recommend this place. We felt like we were in heaven

Fantastic little gem ! First the location is very accessible in Cheka … very close to batroun and short drive to Tripoli. 3 min off the highway. Staff is super friendly and the bungalows are super clean and very cute. Breakfast was included and it’s very good. The pool is worm and very clean. The kids didn’t want to leave. The terrace is shared so expect sometimes to see a table here or there of people eating breakfast or lunch or even dinner but never busy. The pool is shared between the two bungalows. The bungalows has one room with king size bed .. one room with two twin beds and the sofa can be opened and fits one. We loved it we would stay again. The staff is amazing
