Totally bad service.i booked for 4 person and inform that will additional one more person so all in al we are 5perwon.however when we arrive the room was fit for only good for two person.without even sofa bed, We stay only for one night as we arrive at night.we sleep over night.and find another hotel that will fit for us for 5 person.before my family arrive, U til now we haven’t received any refunded for our 3 more nights stay,as i informed them that the room has been given only for 2 person.if we can change another room to fit for us. They ignore me as they says that they will not refunded me.u less i send a videos.the receptionist already agreed and saw the room was full noy for 2 person.
