Somehow it feels different when entering the hotel premise. 1. The lobby was so nice, health protocol was kept and upheld by the hotel since we first came into. 2. Process check in is simple, no hassle but we have to deposit Rp 50thousand for every each key. The deposit will be refunded when we checked out. 3. The parking available in front of the lobby but with max 4 cars on it, but you can park your car at basement parking zone. 4. In the lobby you can buy many snacks, ice cream, sweeties, and other foods and drinks and guess what its open for 24 hours guys. So don't worry if you get hungry in the middle of nite. Just go to the lobby and your tummy are going to happy 😁. But if you are going to get heavier food just a walk nearby to the next door then you will find a McD store that open for 24 hours too. Fantastic. 5. The morning bites cafe are nice too for having breakfast with quite satisfied meal. 6. The unit was so quite small but I think it ' s worth enough with the cash we put it on.

A very welcoming & pleasant stay during Ramadhan. A clean room with enough amenities & great service from the staff. Their Iftar menu is extensive, and the Sahoor menu was delicious.

Pertama kali menginap di hotel ini, dengan 4 anak. Mereka suka karena ada permainan game. Makanan di hotel ini sangat enak. Hotel yang bersih dan pelayanannya semua sangat ramah.

Puas banget staycation nginep di Hotel Grand Zuri BSD. Kamar bersih dan besar, pelayanan prima dari semuanya. Fasilitas lengkap. Kapan-kapan nginep dihotel ini lagi. 😃

Hotelnya sangat bersih dibanding hotel lain dengan harga setara. Menu breakfast-nya juga TOP yummy, dengan harga yang murah sudah termasuk sarapan, jarang banget ada. Letak hotelnya juga strategis banget, dekat dengan apotek, pom bensin, mal teras kota, resto dengan menu pilihan yang sangat variatif. TOP lah pokoknya. The best hotel di kelasnya.

I never book any apartment before. So I don't expect too much what it will looks like. From the picture it was good and when we check in it was exactly same with the picture. It was so nice and clean with the price that was so affordable. I thought some kind "it's better than booked hotel if it was this nice" hehe. Maybe if we have some occasion again in BSD area I will booked this apartment again.

Good, enak tempatnya. Nyaman sekali.
