Hotel ini lokasi sangat bagus dengan pemandangan laut yang indah, catatan untuk pantai di hotel ini pasir sangat bagus dan air sangat jernih tanpa sampah sedikitpun dalam air, sehingga berenang sangat puas dengan kondisi lingkuangan yang sangat nyaman, kolam renang juga luas sekali dan makanan sangat enak, kamar luas dan bersih, pelayan sangat ramah, luar biasa sekali. Pengalaman pertama menginap di sini sama istri, dari awal datang sudah disambut security yang sangat ramah dan resepsionisnya juga sangat ramah. Saya memilih kamar dengan private pool dan ternyata sangat nyaman karena bisa langsung berenang. Fasilitas kamar juga lengkap, pokoknya nyaman, gak rugi kalau menginap di sini.

I had the most pleasant stay 3 nights at Laguna, all staff very helpful and friendly. The room cleanness excellent and the food is very good. The hotel atmosphere very peaceful, surrounded by. Beautiful swimming pool and beautiful garden. Highly recommended to everyone ❤️

Everything was good, I didn't even want to leave the villa. Stayed the whole day to take good pictures, enjoying the sea breeze, swimming pool, the food. Perfect for chilling down. And my villa was so close to the lobby, if I needed to rush I could just run.

This is the best hotel I've ever stayed! If you stay here, you don't have to go anywhere else, really. I was here for 3 nights with 1 toddler and 1 infant, and very regret that I couldn't stay longer because I had to catch a flight. They have perfect service, excellent private beach, amazing kids club, huge pool, even baby sitter! We took family suite room and the kids loved it, just like we stay on a tree house or in a ship! Breakfast was vary and very delicious, they have the best cappuccino. However, if you want to order food from outside by GoFood or GrabFood, be prepare to walk to security (not in the lobby) to get it. But they can bring a package delivered to your room, and they helped us printing our documents needed for flying overseas. Plus, they have hospital right across the hotel, if you need anything emergency and taking covid test. Our stay was perfect! Definitely will comeback!

Great place to retreat from busy daily routine. This hotel's clean private beach is a good spot for calming your mind, or to have an outdoor party. The bedroom is clean, with a big bathroom, complete with 2 type of showers and a big bathtub. Only the toiletries, was not refill unless requested. Good food quality for breakfast. And the best part that should be tried at this hotel is their swimming pool. The water is maintain in correct PH balance, very clean and warm. The spa is also recommended to try.
