35 hour class with the making of 3 bread varieties

Participants can choose to learn how to make Hong Kong-style bread, Japanese-style bread, Taiwanese-style bread, and European-style bread

We will provide refreshments, coffee, aprons and packaging boxes for students to use

There will be a professional bread baking master to lead the production learning

Our baking class is located near Mong Kok MTR Station, and our staff will be waiting for you at the entrance

Courses can be taught in Chinese/English
