รู้สึกไม่คุ้มค่ากับเงินที่เสียไป จ่ายเงิน 1390 บาท เพื่อต้องการพายเรือคายัคไปชมความสวยงามของลากูน ซึ่งก่อนถึงเกาะก็คุยกันแล้วว่าต้องดูสภาพอากาศก่อน ซึ่งพอไปถึงอากาศดี และไกด์ก็ถามเจ้าหน้าที่อุทยานอนุญาตให้พายได้ เพราะคลื่นไม่แรง แต่ไกด์จะพยายามพูดให้พายแค่หน้าหาด ไม่อยากให้ออกไปไกล เหมือนไม่อยากออกไปดูแล เราเลยบอกว่าทำไมไม่เหมือนในข้อมูลที่ให้เราจ่ายเงิน ถ้าข้อมูลในนี้ให้ไม่ตรงกับที่คุณบริการก็ควรจะแจ้งให้ทางเพจแก้ไข ไม่ใช่ปล่อยให้ลูกค้าคาดหวังแล้วจ่ายเงินแล้วไม่ได้ทำ พอเราว่า เขาก็เลยยอมให้ออกไปอีกหน่อย คือแค่หลังหินในรูปค่ะ ปล่อยให้ไปกันเอง 2 คน ไม่มีไกด์ไปด้วยนะคะ เราเลยไม่กล้าไปไกล แต่ไม่แน่ใจว่าปกติไกด์เขาต้องตามไปหรือเปล่า เราบอกว่าเส้นทางไม่ตรงตามที่ตกลงแบบนี้คืนเงินส่วนต่างค่าพายเรือคายัคได้ไหม เขาบอกไม่คืนเพราะถือว่าได้พายแล้ว บอกเลยเสียดายเงินมากกกก รู้งี้ซื้อแพคเกจธรรมดาราคาไม่ถึงพันดีกว่า

This tour is amazing, the tour guide is very friendly. But one more thing you got to know is you need to pay for the entrance ticket to the national park in Hong island, this price is excluded for that fee. We also pay 500Baht for kayaking around Hong island. Food is well-prepared.

We started our day with excellent service it's a good impression that our tour guide was right there waiting for us before 8am. The tour guide name was deet he was very friendly lots of humour guided us for kayak activities and very patient with us as we r beginners for kayak. Food was simple but excellent we had fruits platter on the boat on the way back. Nice...!
