Sanrio Hello Kitty Town is the permanent home of Hello Kitty and friends. Visit the Cat's House, where children can take part in fun tasks, and watch mini shows like Hello Kitty Starlight Sing-A-Long and Hello Kitty Heartful Journey. Meanwhile, Thomas Town lets you in on an unforgettable adventure with Thomas & Friends®. Meet Bob the Builder, Angelina Ballerina, and Barney, among others. You can also watch mini shows like Barney at the Zoo and Thomas Sodor Surprise.

Thomas Town is closed on Tuesdays.

Same-day reentry is permitted.

Last admission is at 17:30.

Please proceed to the F&B, retail, OR photo stop outlets, and show your printed voucher to avail of your discount.

F&B outlets: Red Bow Cafe and Charming Cinnamorall at Sanrio Hello Kitty Town / McBunn Cafe in Thomas Town

Retail outlets: Hello Kitty Toys at Sanrio Hello Kitty Town/ Retail outlets at both parks (10:00 - 18:00, except Tuesdays)

Photo stop outlets: Hello Kitty Town, near Dream Photo Garden / Thomas Town entrance

Redemption is valid until 28 December 2019.

Please note that this is on a first come, first served basis while stocks last.

In cases when the MYR 5 cash voucher is unavailable, a complimentary welcome drink of the equivalent value will be offered upon redemption.
