By Air and SeaFrom Manila or Cebu, take a flight to Legazpi City. From Legazpi City, take a UV Express to Tabaco Pier in Albay. Take the ferry from Tabaco Pier to Virac Seaport. The ride will take 2 to 4 hours and the last ferry trip is at 13:00.

By Land and SeaFrom Cubao or Pasay, take a bus or private van to Tabaco Pier in Albay. The ride will take 10 to 12 hours. Take the ferry from Tabaco Pier to Virac Seaport. The ride will take 2 to 4 hours and the last ferry trip is at 13:00.
