Fint hotell mitt i Korca. Rummet var stort och likaså badrummet. Personalen toppen och frukosten hade i praktiken allt man kan önska. Vi åt även lunch på hotellets restaurang och den var superb.

Great spot with a wonderful staff and a delicious breakfast. Parking outside was safe and effortless. Recommended!

Es un hotel peculiar con todas las paredes de hormigon y poca iluminacion. El restaurante del hotel tiene unas vistas espectaculares. La habitacion en general muy bien, pero se oye mucho el ruido de los desagues de otras habitaciones. Y como en todos los hoteles que hemos estado en Albania no tiene ni parking ni garaje.

Pros - the hotel design is beautiful and artsy. The front desk staff were so friendly and even offered to drop my friend and I off to the bus terminal. They helped us find a bus back to the capital, which was so kind and exceptional service. Additionally, we loved the location - nearby many shops and restaurants. Cons - The spa had two screaming babies and the receptionist did nothing about it. It ruined my relaxation. Also, I signed up for a 75 min hammam experience and only got 55min. When I approached the receptionist, she dismissed my statement and tried to tell me I indeed ended at 75min. I politely told her that is incorrect and she just ignored me, so that was very unpleasant. Despite this incident, I still enjoyed my time there.

The staff were excellent, great room, fantastic food, very cool hotel in general. I’d strongly recommend staying there.

The property was super nice, including the pool, sauna and spa, with plenty of services available for booking. Play wife got a deep tissue massage and absolutely loved it. The front desk was super helpful and informative, and even helped me with their in-house service that was available same day. We booked the presidential suite as we had the four of us staying, and it is one of the most amazing and unique hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in!
