Fint hotell, trevlig personal som var där dygnet runt. Rummet var i bra skick

Personalet er super søde jeg g hjælpsomme. God beliggenhed. Men hotellet er slidt. Køleskabet virkede ikke, der var ikke pære i natlamperne, bruser var i stykker og vægge var beskidte. Men senge, dyner og puder var rigtig gode

Var fantastisk trevlig hotell. Rent, finish fräscht. Mycket trevlig o hjälpsam personal. Rek alla att boka på denna hotell.

A bit difficult to find at first as it is a the back of buildings on the main rd but was ok when I found it.very close to the main square 5 mins walk..Everything you needed was within 2 mins walk hotel great for the price fab bathroom ,plenty of spare bedding if cold constant hot water .breakfast good .an unusual place to go Albania but I found it great like most European cities. The best thing was the people,could not be nicer I went alone and they went out of their way to help if you asked a question.i asked one man a question he spoke no English but told me to wait and brought someone who did.i was so touched by their friendliness.I went to the cable car and as it explained there was hill from the bus stop.Going up I was knackered and sat down on a wall to rest.A couple went passed and went a bit further up turned round and came back.asked me if I was ok and offered me water,I will never forget that in my life.3 days is enough unless you go to the beaches I had 5 days.summing up it was perfectly safe saw not even a raised voice.all in all I had a great experience. The people my age have been through so much in communist times they are grateful of visitors going. Total experience. 8/10

Mais uma vez, falha da Hoteis. Diz que é para pagar na propriedade, mas eles dizem que não costumam receber de clientes da Expedia. Falei com a agente, que prometeu escrever para eles e não cumpriu. No dia seguinte, interveio a gerente e tudo resolvido. Fiquei duas vezes lá e deixei a mala lá 3 dias - EXCELENTE/Faleminderit! Ganhei um café da manhã, que não recomendo, pois é pobre em frutas e em geral. Está bem reformado. Tudo certo, excelente custo-benefício. Bem localizado, apesar de ter sido um pouquinho difícil achar. Obrigado aos que me ajudaram! Fiquei surpreso da 2a vez ao ver uma antena tipo UHF/VHF. Só tinha esse canal albanês e a TV não está num ângulo bom....

Hotel has a quite central city center location with plenty of restaurants and cafes and is also near the transportation system and bus transfer shuttle to the airport . The hotel is not luxurious but for the price is quite fair . The receptionist was incredibly helpful, friendly and always with a big smile , great professional . Check in and check out was really smooth .

Amazing room and amazing location. Will highly recommend to everyone.

Stay away from this place. The manager is the rudest person ever. She is looking for your money. Don’t tell her anything. She will get your information and will use it for her interest. Nila is very creative how to get your money. She was trying to rent me an apartment for staying without me asking for it. When I refused she got her teeth out. Her discriminatory practice of hosting is an open book. She gave me the smallest, dirty rooms in entire hotel. With a terrible noisy from her construction on the roof. She put me, my niece 12 years old and my parents at 70 out her hotel, in the middle of the night, pushing us to get an extra room and refused to bring a bed for the child. She refused to give me my money, for 2 hours left us without food after midnight and with a terrible headache. She returned my money in All and I payed In dollars. I called her for the difference and she used a terrible, hateful language. She made copies of my ID with personal phones. I don’t know. This woman is everything you don’t want to deal with. Disgusting and terrible experience. After midnight we found a lovely hotel with 2 bedrooms and a lovely balcony with half of the price she is charging for 1 room with a half window. Run from this place and never come back again. Albania gets a bad name from people like her!

The hotel location is great; it's almost near everything. The staff is very helpful and polite. The only problem we faced was that the smell of the room was AWFUL. We kept the toilet door closed the entire time due to the bad smell coming from the inside. Other than that, everything is fine.

Io sono in carrozzina anche se,accompagnato,un po' cammino,Il bagno della mia stanza era lungo e stretto,senza maniglioni e,una persona che può stare solo su una sedia a rotelle non ci sarebbe entrata. Nell'ascensore,la mia carrozzina entrava per pochi centimetri e,per arrivare all'ascensore c'erano due rampe un pò troppo ripide.. La struttura è pulita e il personale è cordiale e,soprattutto,si trova vicino al centrro..

Mi è piaciuto per la pulizia gentilezza e disponibilità del personale molto cortese e disponibile per qualsiasi problema che abbiamo avuto
