No shower head just hose, tiles around the bathtub missing, towels dirty. Missing remit for ac, king size bed was put together with two single beds and covered by a mattress, light fixtures missing plugs. Wi-Fi is not working, found bugs in the room. The most ridiculous rule is you have to prove you are married to your spouse, and if you show them a foreign marriage certificate they will not accept it. You will have to rent two rooms if you want to stay with your wife in the same place. Never again.

Un peu de bruit la nuit au 3e (moteur qui tourne, clim de la chambre voisine?) Dommage aussi que la cafétéria ne fasse pas un peu de snack fois pour dépanner. Sinon le personnel hyper sympa et serviable, très bien situé, lits confortables, propre....

Not wven close to the service I was expecting: 1. The receptionist was 100% sure they have no reservation through HOTELS.com for me and he even said that HOTELS.COM and Bookings are thieves and liars ( because they always have this issue at their hotel) When he finally found it he asked me to pay for it ( so he wanted me to pay twice) although I already paid through HOTELS.COM 2. The rooms condition is way below average (beds, bed sgeet, AC ...) 3. Continental breakfast wasn't a real breakfast (almost empty buffet, nothing was covered, flies all over the food, no staff to ask ...)

Could not exchange £ Sterling at the banks, hard time finding an ATM, streets and pavements were in very bad condition , something like Palma, Majorca in the 60's.The hotel was quiet and the food was good and varied. without hiring a taxi it would have been very difficult to have got around , the weather was good sunny days, no rain at all, the general area would have been similar to the news on TV of bombed buildings etc in a war zone etc----- out of 10 --- 7 !!
