It was okay to stay there. Room size was okay and staff was nice. There were several issues. Tea bag was opened. Bath amenities were half full and printing on a tube was pretty much gone. I found a dead fly in my bed. The neighbor was snoring loud and I could hear that all night.

スタッフは、非常に明るく、いつも声をかけてくれましたし、対応に困っていると、すぐに手を貸してくれたので、とても助かりました。 部屋は、きれいで、十分な広さがあります。 ホテルのせいではないかもしれませんが、長時間、Wifiがつながらなくなったりしたのは不便でした。 トラムや地下鉄の駅から坂道を15分程度、登らなくてはならないので、やや不便です。ホテルの隣に小さな雑貨店があるので、飲み物やちょっとしたお菓子を買うことはできます。

37 anni in cui viaggio in giro per il mondo.... se questo è un hotel a 4 stelle.... forse 3, ma tanto in forse.... Ho soggiornato ad altri 4 stelle ad Algeri e questo è ben al di sotto per pulizia, e condizione. La sala colazione con il pavimento appiccicoso sembrava si pattinasse sul miele. Altamente sconsigliato. A 100 metri di distanza c'è un altro hotel che veramente può definirsi 4 stelle, oltretutto ad una tariffa inferiore.

I liked the food, most of the workers were helpful and assisting, the seventh floor where's the restaurant's view over the city and the sea view was amazing. Except for the lobby you wouldn't be able to connect to their wifi, which would make you have a really bad time following your emails or do some work. So internet was my turning off point.

Séjour très mal vécu plus cher qu’un hôtel de grande chaîne et les prestations sont inexistantes. Le Personnel est hautain le petit dej pas à la hauteur. L’hygiène est douteuse

Overall we had a positive experience staying here. The reason for not giving 5 stars was one of cleaning staff stole $100 from our room. We had momentarily left our room and did not think that in the short time we were downstairs, that cleaning services would be performed. We still had our personal belongings out and money was on the table. When we returned, we found that a $100 bill was missing. Management investigated their staff but found that no one supposedly had the money. Other than that experience, staff were friendly. Some spoke English which was positive as well, as my French is very basic and limited.

Inside of the hotel is well kept. The staff are friendly and accommodating. I think they can add a few features to make this place absolutely amazing. If you plan on staying in the hotel for more than a week not much to see inside the hotel to be entertained. But one major attractions is the view from the Restaurant at the 7th floor. The majority of the staff felt like family by the end of my stay.
