部屋は２つベッドで広く使いやすかった。シャワーも固定式でなくお湯もホットできもちよかった。朝食はパン、お菓子、ヨーグルトなどでそれほど質の高いものでないが、悪くもないといったところ。スタッフは基本親切でよかった、何とか英語が通ずるスタッフも複数いて助かった。ただ聞いたタクシーの相場は実際より若干高めで自分たちの取り扱い手数料が入ってるのではという感じがした。ロケーションは中心からやや離れているが徒歩で行ける範囲内なので悪くはない。全体の照明を落としていることもあり、全体の雰囲気がややくらい。設備も良く使いやすいが、その点はマイナスである。

Lady at check in grumpy. Allocated standard room when booked Junior suite. Sink leaked at base. Shower screen not sealed so also leaked floor constantly wet. Junior suite spacious and great bed and AC. Well located. If they could fix water issue it would be a good hotel.

Hôtel bien placé dans le centre d Oran Grande chambre avec balcon vue sur le musée Zabana, magnifique construction 1930. C'est pour cela que j'ai choisi cet hôtel. Personnel extrêmement serviable et gentil hôtel et restaurant Robinetterie à revoir

Positiv ist die Lage sowie das gute Bett und der kleine Balkon Negativ: Unfreundliches Personal (kein nettes Wort und Hilfe), es wird renoviert (siehe Fotos) und das Frühstück ist lächerlich, ja frech. Zudem sind die Infos falsch oder das Hotel will nicht: keine Airportshuttle!! Kosten von USD 10 werden von hotles.com zurückgefordert (war der Grund, dieses Hotel zu wählen

Personnel adorable. Il manque peut-être la télé satellite. Mais très bon séjour, chambre et literie propres, repas copieux. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

This is the second time my husband and I have stayed at this hotel and it's our favorite place to stay in Oran. Beautiful view of the city and the sea. The staff is very friendly and always makes us feel welcomed.

Pour faire suite à ma réservation (21 au 23 mars 2017)effectuée en ligne par le biais du site hotel.com, je tiens à mentionner qu'à mon arrivéé l'hotel était complet, j'avais pourtant réservé, réglé la facture et j'avais une confirmation. Charm El Cheick dans le quartier populaire de la Ville Nouvelle qui n'a que le nom, m'a drigé vers un autre hotel (Hotel Jasmine) de confort inférieur, propre avec un directeur très agréable qui m'a très bien reçu. Le problème auquel j'ai été et je suis tjs confronté est que j'ai payé une facture d'un montant 2 fois plus important par rapport au prix de la nuité à l'hotel ou j'ai été hébergé. La différence étant plus du double et le niveau de l'hotel n'étant pas le même, j'ai souhaité être remboursé de cette différence. Je me suis rendu à l'hotel Charm El Cheick qui ne pouvait rien faire puisque ce ne sont pas eux qui ont encaissé mon paiement mais l'agence de voyage ACC basée à Alger. J'ai quand même réussi à avoir une chambre pour la seconde nuit. Cependant le montant de la facture n'était pas au niveau de l'hotel et à sa situation géographique. Cela m'a été confirmé en discutant avec d'autres clients (des locaux). C'est en allant diner à l'hotel IBIS Les Falaises que j'ai vraiment compris car c'était le même tarif par nuit (8400 dinars) en cette période d'affluence ou se tenait un salon à Oran (NAPEC). Mais bon ce n'est vraiment pas le même standing. Je me suis vraiment fait avoir sur cette réservation.

The best part about this hotel was the location. It was located on a busy road in the city centre, and walking distance from most sites of interest. The hotel itself was old and tired. Staff speak almost no English. Rooms are ok, decent sized. Bathroom was not great. There was no in-room safe. Breakfast was shocking, stale pastries and terrible coffee, but that seems to be common in Algeria. Also the time they indicate breakfast starting may not necessarily be the time it actually starts. The hotel provides a free airport shuttle. However, even though ypu may indicate a time and they agree to it, they will still wait for the shuttle to fill no matter how much time that takes, and will not communicate any time changes to you. It is probably better to give them a time earlier than what you need.

Hotel agréable avec parking gardé. Proche du centre.

Sehr hilfsbereite Angestellte und super leckeres süßes Frühstück. Auch im Restaurant lässt sich gut und für angemessene Preise essen.

Stayed at this nice and clean hotel several times. Like the clean rooms with internet for a good price. Not a hotel to hang out at but great when doing business downtown.

Hotel centrico, relativamente nuevo, buena relación calidad precio. comparativamente con otros de la ciudad, es muy recomendable. Habitaciones amplias, un pequeño salon para recibir vistas o clientes. restauarnte de calidad razonable a buen precio.

My husband and I stayed here for four nights and we loved it. Our room had a private balcony with a beautiful view of the city and the sea. The hotel staff was very friendly and made our stay the best. We highly recommend this hotel and we definitely will stay here again.
