綺麗なビジネスホテルといった感じのホテルで能率的で安心。 コンスタンティーヌの中心広場に近くロケーションはとても便利。 食べ物・飲み物の持ち込みができないようなので注意が必要。

The hotel is okay for a quick stay. The only issue is that they would not allow my friends to visit the room. It was the World Cup and we wanted to meet before the game and the security basically told us that we could not have guests over in our room. We ended up going to Novotel to watch the game, but it really put a damper on our mood. If guests are not allowed they should have told us when we arrived and checked in. I would not stay here again and would stay at Marriot.

Bon rapport qualité prix, personnel serviable et disponible, petit déjeuner + que complet. En revanche j’ai demandé un fer à repasser et étant à l’ibis on m’a dit à non y a pas, que pour les clients novotel. Hors que les 2 sont collé le personnel est identique et tout ce passe à novotel de l’enregistrement au petit déjeuner au bar ou les repas ainsi que les remise de la carte.

Pour un Ibis nous avons été déçu 😞 Il faudrait un coup de neuf global (coussins et literie à changer au plus vite) les rideaux de chambre idem obliger de les rattacher nous même Points positifs situation parking et petit déjeuner copieux qui se prenait côté Hotel Novotel

This is decent accommodation that is located centrally. Staff was helpful and welcoming. It felt safe. It's giving Motel 6 vibes. Similar style and color, everything was a bit run down. TV didn't work, and the knob to adjust cooling was broken.

This hotel asked me to pay cash, which was what I wanted. I paid them at arrival and everything was good, so I did not even ask for a receipt. HUGE mistake as they charged me for the room over my card anyway and this way I have paid twice. I did complain through Hotels.com and I just got the answer that "After multiple attempts to contact the property on your behalf, we were unable to obtain approval for a waiver"...

Hotel is run down and poorly maintained. Bed is soft, lumpy, and loft sided. Room is full of flies and mosquitoes. Shower stall leaks everywhere. Room has no amenities. Bath towels are old and yellow, and no hand or floor towel were provided .The only bright side is room has nice view. Can't believe this is a major hotel chain.

Personnel accueillant, hotel qui a besoin de grande rénovation. Emplacement parfait

J’ai adoré le personnel accueillant et chaleureux. La chambre a quelques défauts mais propre dans l’ensemble. J’ai également adoré la vue sur les collines. L’hôtel est très bien placé et le taxi mis à disposition par l’hôtel est top.

Actually ended up staying the Novotel next door, the properties are adjoining. Excellent value for money and an ideal base to explore Constantine and its many bridges. Handy to all the ammenities you require.

Location excellent. This hotel in comparison to expected standard, is lower than usual. The reason for slow check-in explained as all passport details need to be entered for Police requirements. Staff helpful band breakfast next door at Novotel buffet ( Danes building ) Short 1/2 nights ok but in I. Algeria things such as safes . Internet not reliable.

The hotel very well placed in excellent area everything by walking distance. Unfortunately, the hotel needs to be renovated poor management. Even the Neigbord hotel Novotel same thing.

Chambre 344 odeur des toilettes très forte femme de ménage qui vous réveille plusieurs fois pour savoir à quel heure vous partez pas très sympa quand vous arrivez tard ( par contre le point fort prix abordable emplacement idéal )

Great room, fantastic view - and loved the front desk receptionist, Maya! She was lovely and so helpful, with a big smile and always wanting to help. Thank you Maya, you made our stay such a treat!
