Tea tastes good.

Hotel lobby and public place was good but obviously you need the staff training and renovation. When I asked the egg for breakfast, they brought the raw egg. Also, in the room, I demanded non smoking but there was ashtray. Room was old and need renovation. layout of the room is inconvenient. You do not need the door between corridor. Also, emergency bell was ringing in the morning for 1 hour. But Alge is nice town and I enjoyed the place.

Nice hotel with good amenities

Mooie kamers, mooi zwembad, goede fitnessruimte. Het personeel moet alleen nog veel leren. Het zou fijn zijn als de receptie de telefoon opneemt, idem voor de room service. Als je iets wil dan kan je best zelf naar beneden gaan en niet weggaan tot je hebt wat je wil..

Belle situation géographique très pratique pour visiter Alger à pied ou en métro à proximité. Espace fumeur au RDC de l'hôtel ouvert, les odeurs de tabac se propage jusque dans les étages et même dans les chambres... très désagréable pour les non-fumeurs.

Un superbe hotel, bien situé, propre et très agréable. Un grand merci à l’ensemble du personnel, le service était parfait. Je ne peux que recommander.

Not a good experience

Un bon sejour en général, toutefois un bèmol qui a assombri mon passage : interdiction totale de ramener la nourriture á l'hotel entre autres. De nos jours, les hotels fournissent á leur clients les adresses des restaurants qui font la livraison dans les chambres. C'est le petit plus qui fidelise les clients mais ici c'est une autre histoire...

Absolutely impeccable. Great service and lovely hotel.

I have had the worst experience I my two nights at Sofitel hotel, and to top that up the are still holding my money. I have called them several times to resolve this and all I got I pass you on to my colleague and they cut the line. I am ver disappointed at the over all service. If you are look to stay in a hotel don’t stay here my advice.

Good and nice location

The hotel was nice overall, however not luxury 5 star hotel. Very old and more like a 3.5 or 4 star experience. Although the staff were lovely, the hotel was very basic and like and Ibis but with a bigger room. Beds not that comfy, sheets not that amazing, etc. It was dusty, lift button didn’t work, and very much not worth the very high price. I would rather pay less and pay somewhere that’s actually 4 star. Part of the hotel advertising is you get access to Hamma for free. However they told us no at the time, and unsure till when (due to the new year) even though we asked on the 14th Jan. The most baffling thing was that you’re not allowed outside food into your room!
