Excellent value and amazing property in a super location.

Todo genial. El jardín exterior espectacular para estar con el peque. No se si será habitual pero había inflables para los niños. Faltaba aire acondicionado en la habitación, fuimos en plena ola de calor y lo echamos de menos y se escuchaba un poco el motor del ascensor. La comida del buffet buenísima, mucha variedad y los camarer@s super amables!!

We loved this hotel. We did half board, the buffets selections were of good quality and plentiful, the staff was attentive. The grounds are relaxing and the prices for reasonable. If we had children, this place would have been even better, there was two bouncy houses and trampolines for the kids! We plan to book here for our future visits.

Un hotel confortable con todos los servicios, a pie de pistas de esquí y de caminos para hacer bicicleta de montaña o senderismo. Una habitación (apartamento) de gran confort y limpieza, bien iluminada y con magníficas vistas a la montaña.

Overal proper, goed voorzien voor de Corona maatregelen. Ontbijt is bijna elke dag hetzelfde maar ze doen hun best om alles veilig te laten lopen. Sommige personeelsleden zijn super en vriendelijk, doen hun job goed. Andere echt niet, jong meisje aan de bar is echt onbeleefd en arrogant. Ze wijst mij erop dat ik enkel drank kan bestellen achter glas maar heeft dan zelf haar masker niet goed op, of wil geen bestelling opnemen als je in de lounge zit. Dame aan de receptie is snel geïrriteerd. De heren aan het zwembad doen hun job super! Kortom een goed hotel in verhouding met de prijs. Juist nog werken aan de dames hun attitude.

We stayed here for one night a few years ago and really enjoyed it, so came back. The food is great with lots of choices for all dietary needs (my friend is vegan), and the location can't be beat! However we were somewhat disappointed with the service and the amenities - everything costs extra! Safe in the room - €3 per day. Wifi in the room - €3 per day. Games room - €1-3 per game. Swimming pool - you have to have a swim cap, which it doesn't say anywhere on the expedia listing - but you can buy them for €4, For a 4 star hotel that costs €300+ per night, I think this is pretty poor service. We had a few other issues - the staff kept us waiting to check in, for no apparent reason, and couldn't explain the issue when we asked. The heating was on way too high the whole time - the controls in the room were turned right down, and we were still boiling. The free wifi in the common areas is terrible. They might do this on purpose to get people to buy the in-room wifi, but it did the opposite for us - we weren't willing to pay with the risk of it being terrible as well! Overall, we might stay again because the location is so amazing, but there's a lot to watch out for and be aware of before you choose to stay here.

Allergies!!!! The service was above and beyond. My daughter has many food allergies and the staff accommodated her every need. The resort is ideal for skiers with ski in and ski out access. After skiing the kids had loads of activities from bowling, billiards, pool, games, etc. I highly recommend the resort. The one bedroom apartment was modern and accommodating. A family of four fit comfortable. Even do the apartment came with a kitchen we did not use it once since the restaurant food was great for breakfast and dinner (included in the price we got). We will definitely come back to this resort.

Un hotel de 4 estrellas, si o si tendría que tener NEVERA! Y también Aire Acondicionado! Sobre todo en verano! Y la verdad mejorar mucho la comida! Para mí no llega a la media de la zona!

lovely hotel , fabulous staff and food was truly scrumptious. Special mention to the bar maid who helped me book the following days hotel in ainsa , sorry cant remember her name. Would have liked tea , coffee and a kettle in the room to top things off. Would highly recomend this hotel. Thanx to all the staff 👍😎✌️

Lovely hotel with excellent facilities and great food. Limited entertainment open in the evening (we went in the summer) so don't expect loud 'Apres' but we had a fantastic time.

Very well appointed and comfortable hotel and the choice of different dishes for dinner and breakfast was amazing. Wi-Fi was not fully comprehensive as we couldn't get it in our room and had to go into the corridor to pick it up. It was ok in the communal areas. The free Gym/small pool and games room was a good facility.
