Les chambres sont très mal insonorisées . On entend la personne de la chambre d’à côté éternuer ou tousser. Petit déjeuner casiment rien au buffet. Mauvaise odeur dans la chambre. Je n’y retournerai jamais, les photos ne ressemblent en rien à cet hôtel . 1 nuit as 200€ ou 80€ très très cher pour cet hôtel.

The value of the hotel is you can ski in and out even in poor snow conditions (as we had). Though the rooms were kept clean and warm the general repair was poor, there was problems with the shower not working and electric failing. Also the English skills of the team were not ideal, which is not a direct criticism but the problems in stay were all made worse by the lack of ability to explain the problems properly (my pidgin Spanish could not cut the complexity). Though the price certainly made up for the short falls

Belle environnement, les parties communes de l'hôtel sont top, la chambre un peu vielle manque des prises a côté du lit mais on y reviendra pour un week end au pas de la case

Bien accueilli, nous avons pu changer de chambre sans problème suite à 2 petits chiens qui ne cessaient pas d aboyer. Personnel agréable

Hôtel très mal insonorisé. A 3h du matin, un couple regagnait leur chambre près de la notre ; ils hurlaient, se disputaient, avec un chien et idem au petit matin, portent qui claquent, éclat de voix....déplorable tout ça !!!!!

Très bon séjour , chambre rénovée avec goût Demi pension : cuisine simple mais suffisante Très belle vue depuis l hôtel.

ESTA BASTANTE ALOJADO DEL CENTRO DEL PUEBLO, NO DISPONENE DE SERVICIO DE TRASLADO Y NO HAY TAXIS NI AUTOBUSES QUE LLEGUEN HASTA ALLI, ASI QUE SI VAS SI CONCHE PORPIO NO TE ACONSEJO ESTE HOTEL.

Emplacement idéal pour le Ski, personnel très sympathique et à l’écoute, petit déjeuner très bien le plus le billard dans le Bar. UNIQUE bémol c’est Manque de SÈCHE CHEVEUX, je remercie à Rocío (Bar) que ma prêtai le siens.

Tout y est , très bon accueil, télévision avec chaîne française pas négligeable, je recommande

On first arrival everything seeded good. When asked about the shuttle we were told the service might not be available then told we don’t do a shuttle on weekends. This should be a standard service we would not of stayed at this hotel if we knew this as 2 of our party of 8 could not ski due to injury. We had to stay at the hotel all three evenings were the kids games room facility’s were out of order. When i challenged them on this I was met with a bad attitude and excuses they are not responsible. Our treatment after this was very unpleasant air conditioning went down it was unbelievably hot in the room 24/7. Again I asked about this to be told do you have a window. We are very disappointed by this it ruined our holiday as the kids had nothing to do in the evenings. The food was sent back on 2 occasions due to hair in the food.

Los fotos que ves de este hotel son engañosas, muestran las habitaciones de categoría superior y no las básicas o regular, que son las que te dan y que están muy muy viejas y necesitan una reforma urgente. Intentamos cambiar a una categoría superior y nos querían cobrar un extra de 500 €/noche. La habitación y el baño están en muy malas condiciones, parece que no se ha hecho ningún mantenimiento nunca. El colchón es muy duro, por la antigüedad supongo. Además apenas hay dos enchufes en la habitación, uno en el baño y otro en la puerta de la entrada. Para rematar, la limpieza es muy escasa, ya que nos encontramos pelos por el baño y la cortina de la ducha está amarilla en la parte inferior, como que no la desinfectan nunca. Para colmo, el enganche estaba mal y no podías colgar la ducha porque se salía el agua fuera de la bañera. En cuanto a las zonas comunes, hay un bar que es muy caro y apenas tiene variedad de bebidas, y la comida de la media pensión es un bufet libre de muy baja calidad y 5 opciones. Sólo incluye agua y el resto de bebidas se pagan aparte. En resumen, después de una noche preferimos perder el dinero e irnos a otro hotel el resto del viaje.

El estado de las habitaciones era algo malo, paredes rotas, enchufes salidos…la limpieza era justita. Los precios del bar eran exagerados y el desayuno normal. El servicio eran resinas agradables aunque algunos estaban algo perdidos porque muchos eran nuevos. Es un hotel de paso para dormir pocas noches.

The hotel is 5km up the mountain from Pas de La Casa. There are no taxis in Pas de La Casa. The hotel has no car service. We arrived by bus around 7pm and had to pay someone from a different hotel to get us up to the hotel. The concierge at Pic Maia was worse than useless — even suggesting we walked with all our luggage ( up a steep, dark, mountain road with no path). He was equally bad when we departed (we couldn’t get him to order a cab for Andorra la Vella - had to go on the internet and do it ourselves). Even if you drive there is no way to get to the town for a night out (unless you walk or fancy a bit of drink driving). Bar is OK but the restaurant is basic. It is ski ski out but the slope is a red run so beware if you are a learner.

Un bon hôtel malgré la douche qui n’est vraiment pas pratique puisque il n’y a pas de pression dans le pommeau. Par ailleurs le petit déjeuner est très bien.

aucune langue parlée en français à l'accueil ,personnel accueillant et très sympatrique, pas de restaurant en buffet libre service le soir mais restauration rapide possible à la carte (carte en d'autres langues que le français, et personnel toujours sympathique essayant de nous comprendre .donc pour nous français nous sommes repartis mangé ailleurs. je spécifie que cela fais 4 années que nous venions à cet hôtel pour voir le trophée andros et que tout était bien avant
