Yes beautiful

Resort is nice but area around is poor

Everything just miss out on the stake house and what I did not like was I didn’t get to watch my favorite game which is basketball as the Tv channels wasn’t showing it 😹

The hotel was excellent, the staff friendly and the food was great

Great hotel. Staff very hospitable. Great selection of food in restaurants. Hotel very clean. Rooms very spacious. WIFI worked perfectly.

I developed food poisoning on the resort and still have it at home .

We had the best stay at this resort. This was my first time visiting Antigua and staying at the Royalton. The staff was excellent and very helpful. The Butler service was top notch. The food was delicious! I love this resort! The rooms and the resort was very clean. I will be returning very soon!

The property itself was amazing the Ocean clear and amazing. The rooms were clean However, on the flip side housekeeping were pushy on getting us out the room. Most of the staff on this resort are not friendly and they run out of food and liquor which makes an all inclusive experience less enjoyable.

Great resort for the family but needs some more entertainment and recreational activities.

I had a great time, loved the beach & pool. I really hated the flies in the buffet area… I understand flies outside but inside … nah… grossed me out honestly. And even in the cafe, there were flies. And in the sports bar, their were mosquitoes. The staff were friendly, but you can tell they were just doing their job, not eager to make your experience great. I used room service couple times because of the flies, they said they will be right back with items that they forgot to bring up and never got it. Other than the flies, the property is clean, no other complaints would still give an 8/10.

First time visiting. The service and kind heartedness of the entire staff was wonderful.

Staff was not nice, food was terrible, would never go back

Lovely hotel, spacious room with balcony with lovely view. Great pool and beach. Able to use the kayaks. Saw turtles just in the hotel bay. P felt helpful staff. Would definitely visit again.

This resort has potential, it is very nice but some areas need better upkeep. The food was actually decent, no complaints really. Drinks were mediocre as expected. Now the hospitality needs improvement. Most of the workers were very helpful, kind and friendly but I’ve noticed that the workers aren’t as attentive to the people of color as they are to others and I’m not the only person who feels this way.

The nightly entertainment was excellent. The vibe team was friendly and interacted with the guest. The beach was clean with plenty of beach chairs. Ton of activities for both children and adults.

Very tired staff overworked and not happy . Check in process terrible huge waits . Long line for restaurants and the buffet runs out of food. Some of the restaurants they say are open are not . Not worth the money. Would not come back or to any other Royalton property.

We had no AC for the first 3 days.

My husband, 12-year old daughter and I spent 4 nights at the Royalton Antigua. This was our first all-inclusive vacation and while it was a bit pricey, we got what we wanted which was 4 days of pure relaxation. Our room was comfortable, the resort's grounds were lovely and the private beach was breathtaking. There were lots of activities during the day and at night to keep the family entertained such as yoga, aqua-fit, beach volleyball, cricket, foam parties, sip-and-paint, hikes, game shows, cultural performances, karaoke, live music and other kid-specific activities. While I read some reviews complaining about how loud it was around the pool area, personally I did not think the Vibes Team (who are charged with with the entertainment program) overdid it. In fact they were fun and encouraged guests to participate (without being too pushy). There was a variety of dining options at the resort, and (contrary to some reviews) we were able to get reservations at the 3 a-la-carte restaurants. We also loved the coffee/ice-cream shop. Our main complaint was that the food at the various restaurants was unremarkable - a bit bland for our Caribbean palate and my husband actually got quite sick after eating at the Italian restaurant. The service there was also horrendously slow (it took us 2 hours to get our food) and we heard other guests complaining about the same thing. Other than that though, it was generally a pleasant stay.
