There were a number of issues with this property. First it was not the property shown in the Expedia photo, nor was it in the location indicated on Expedia. Second, there was no remote control for the air conditioner unit in the main living area downstairs so it could not be turned on. Due to the extreme heat outside the two units in the upstairs bedrooms struggled to cool those rooms, and the whole unit was very uncomfortable to be in. Third, the customer service was appalling. I had a long conversation via WhatsApp re the problems with the air conditioning, and they failed to take any responsibility or offer any help, other than suggesting we find somewhere else to stay, which wasn’t possible. When I asked for some sort of refund in compensation they stopped communicating and deleted the majority of the preceding conversation. I called Expedia who connected me with the management company, but they were unable to help and did not call me back as promised the next day. Fourth, the upstairs master bedroom toilet did not work. Fifth, none of the lights in the master bedroom worked. In the end the only room that became comfortable to be I. Was the smaller of the bedrooms. And just before we left a large cockroach ran across the kitchen - which isn’t a huge surprise in Antigua, but just was a final black mark against the property.

We had a blast! Customer Service was impeccable. Villa was very clean. Exceeded expectations. We’ll be back.
