ビブロス パレルモ ソーホー

昨年オープンしたアパートメントなのでとても綺麗で快適でした。スタッフの皆さんも若くてとても感じが良かったです。場所がパレルモソーホーなので周辺には公園、バザール、洒落たカフェやレストラン、ブティックなどがたくさんあり、通りも街路樹で覆われていてとても素敵でおすすめです。

地下鉄の駅からは少し離れていますが、近くにバス停があり便利でした。部屋は広くてゆったりしていて快適でした。パレルモソーホー地区に近くレストランもたくさんありました。私たちは夜にジャズを聴きたくて選びました。セロニアス、ボリスといったライブハウスまで徒歩で行くことができました。遅くなるので帰りはタクシー。夜中まで遊ぶのには便利でした。アパートメントはフロントがないので、ちょっと面倒な感じはありますが、スタッフが気を使ってくれてチェックインもチェックアウトもスムーズでした。

Las habitaciones necesitan un upgrade urgente. La primera habitación tenía el lavamanos roto, las toallas no tenían buen olor (no olían a ningún detergente), el envase de jabón de baño roto. Al siguiente día nos movieron de habitación

Cleanliness should definitely be improved. When I arrived looks like a layer of dust was on most furniture. A random towel behind the couch was left. Ants on the bed. Key is old school and didn’t feel very secure.

En limpieza terrible!!!!! Sucio desde el día 1. El horno de microondas sucio desde no sé cuánto al igual que le friego, cabellos en el baño. Lastima porque en ubicación es muy bueno

The apartment was bigger than I expected with an equipped kitchen that made it easier to make my own meals if I wanted. The location was perfect! Lots of cafes and restaurants. Felt safe to walk around at night time.

The apartment wasn’t well equipped for cooking even when it was advertised as such. Only one burner worked, cooking utensils were missing and non stick frying pan was completely used to a point of everything cooked stuck to the pan. The front door key was from the 1950s and was very difficult to use. The fingerprint technology to exit and enter from the outside didn’t work well at all. But the cherry on top was when a “cleaner” entered my apartment while I was in the shower. I grabbed a towel, confronted her and while dripping wet she proceeded to get on her translation app to tell me she rang the doorbell. I kept pointing to the door to get her to leave. She didn’t. The conversation continued for 10 minutes while I felt completely victimized and frustrated. I didn’t feel safe after that encounter which was completely shocking to me as I had paid quite a bit for this “luxury” apartment. I travel alone and this is the first time I felt this way at any apartment I’ve rented. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone and would warn single women to be careful if staying here.

The apartment was very nice. Had trouble getting in from the street as we booked last minute and late at night. Thankfully someone came along to enter and we got in. Main complaint was the incredibly rude and sulky 'receptionist' who checked us out. We were made To feel like a nuisance. If it wasn't for her I would have rated five stars. To feel

Good stay, felt safe, good location, spacious apartment, comfortable bed, internet, good for personal or business trip and clean space. Felt private. Easy pick up from uber. Recommendations: Bring earbuds- it’s noisy

Room was spotless. Furniture was comfortable. Place was good.

Los muebles estaban en malas condiciones. Mal trato de la recepcionista. Le sacaron foto a mi tarjeta de crédito sin mi autorización, cuaco ya estaba pago. Falta de limpieza. Fotos engañosas las q se publicaron. Los toallones estaban rotos con agujeros. Muy mal para el valor que se paga. Entregan un sola llave y éramos 4. La cerradura no daba seguridad.

The apartment itself is nice. Nicely furnished, good condition, clean, hot water, etc. It is however located on a busy intersection, making it loud 24/7. The windows have no insulation whatsoever so it’s both cold and LOUD. Also there’s no smoking on the balcony which they don’t tell you till you get there.

Nothing to do with photos shown , very poor and bad equipped , disappointed. Location good , noting more to say about.

The smell of cigarettes was discussing , the door for the patio was shuttered…

No hay nadie en recepción hay que esperar que te den acceso desde el área de recepción, en mi caso tuvimos que esperar más de 10 minutos en la calle con las maletas pues se encontraban haciendo otro check in, la ubicación es muy buena
