I have stayed in over 1200 hotels in my life. THIS WAS THE WORST. STAY AWAY!!!! A power surge took out my laptop while I was in my room. This is obviously a huge problem. Staff were worse than useless with that problem and other requests. I asked them to recommend a computer repair place and they suggested a cell phone store. An Uber driver said it was "stupid" and took me to a computer repaid place. I asked their staff to recommend a gym (see below) and they recommended one over 1 km away. There were many closer, better gyms. I got a message the day before check in saying that i had to complete a web form or i could not check in. It did not work. I told staff and they blamed my browser. I tried with 3 browsers on my phone and computer and it never worked. The gym at the hotel was tiny and had one machine, which was broken. Staff said a repair person would be there monday but when i checked out Wednesday, it was still broken. Finally, watch out for the doors! I hurt my thumb due to a uniquely stulid door design.

la reservation est très compliquée. On nous demande quasiment un CV. Communication tel impossible jusqu'à 5mn de l'arrivée à l'appartement. Sinon appartement très correct mais un peu éloigné du centre et très bruyant. Il manque aussi un siège confortable .

Really good for the Price i would return for sure! I Lost ny phone and all the numbers inside and they where able to help me enter the apartment even tho it was very late

Value for money was 10/10. Clean, modern and nice amenities such as a small gym and a pool. Nice balcony as well. Communication was all remote and worked extremely well. Flexible and really kind, they let us check in 3 hours early. What makes this a 4 and not a 5 are small details such as: super loud refrigerator, instant flooding in the bathroom when showering and the location (20 blocks to city center). But as mentioned great place for the price.
