Reservei por causa da vista, mas confesso que não me surpreendeu muito. O hotel tem um potencial enorme mas deixa a desejar, achei muito cheiro de fritura no hotel o tempo todo, inclusive nas toalhas de banho. O café da manhã é limitado em 2 fatias de pão e 2 medialunas por pessoa, oferecem ovo mas tem que pagar a parte, e o suco é já servido no copo, em torno de 50ml, achei o cúmulo, nunca tinha visto isso. O restaurante estava fechado, o que gerou uma inconveniência muito grande pois tivemos que nos deslocar ao centro para jantar. O que não estava nos planos pois é longe. Porém a recepcionista ofereceu para ajudar com o pedido de delivery, foi bem simpática. Mas não voltaria a me hospedar ali.

Tive problemas com hotel, reservei com cafe da manhã, na hora do cafe queriam cobrar a parte, discuti e mostrei o app para o recepcionista onde mostrava que tinha cafe incluso mas nada adiantou, entao nao recomendo, era uma uma viagem para espairecer e tive a infelicidade de me estressar.

LA TRANQUILIDAD DEL LUGAR, LA VISTA A LOS CERROS, LA AMABILIDAD DEL PERSONAL. ALGO QUE NO NOS HAYA GUSTADO, NADA EN ESPECIAL, SÓLO PODRÍAN MEJORAR PONIENDO AIRE ACONDICIONADO Y TV MAS GRANDE.

A fantastic hotel with very welcoming staff. The location is isolated if travelling by public transport, but the views are spectacular and there are some nice hikes nearby. A good breakfast was included and in the restaurant in the evening we enjoyed the very reasonably priced delicious empanadas! We had a great room overlooking the lake.

El hotel muy lindo.comodo,limpio,faltó la piscina ,sólo agua fria y el jacuzzi no estaba funcionando.

Todos os quartos tem vista para o Lago Gutierrez. O pessoal é muito prestativo. O Pablo que fica a noite é muito gente boa, me ajudou bastante. Só tenho elogios.

Extraordinary views of mountains and lakes, nearby hiking path, fine staff, quiet, short, inexpensive taxi ride to Bariloche. The beautiful site is also neglected in minor but distracting ways, all fixable: squeaky bedroom hinges, an old pile of rubbish nearby, a broken toilet, dripping pipes.

Simplesmente decepcionante, com minha reserva confirmada pelo hotéis.com viajei mais de 600 km de moto a fim de passar o final de semana em Bariloche, mas para minha surpresa na hora de fazer meu check in, o recepcionista Felipe me informou que não havia reserva em meu nome e o hotel estava lotado. Ao entrar em contato com a hotéis.com o atendente Luan me informou que poderia fazer a alocação em outro hotel só que eu seria atendido por uma equipe em inglês, eu disse que não seria possível pois não domino o idioma, resumo da história, só consegui um hostel altas horas da noite por conta própria. E o pior de tudo, ao chegar no Brasil entro em contato com a hotéis.com para solicitar o estorno em meu cartão de crédito e sou informado que será possível, demais hein?!

This hotel has a nice view and the restaurant staff were accommodating and friendly. The room was okay for the most part. However, the rest of the staff were quite rude. The "airport shuttle" driver also tried to increase our fare once we arrived to the airport which was unprofessional - we had to show him the hotel's website even said less than the amount he was trying to get us to pay. It was all around very dishonest and the main reason I'm writing this. We realized we were staying here during the low season which meant everything was blocked off including the gym, pool, and game room - it may have a different vibe during the on-season. Either way, the staff should close the hotel during the off-season if they aren't going to be happy to work there.

Graet hotel! Only problem is there is no transport to the city and we had to renr a car. But graet place and graet people! Most beutiful view I have ever seen!
